It was fine
the manager was just awesome.. super nice and very curteous
Indoor pool. Breakfast was OK.
A little outdated.
The hotel was clean, and well kept. the beds and pillows were comfortable... the staff was friendly and courteous.
Pool was closed..no prior notice. Given wrong room at check in. Jacuzzi did not work properly. Pillows were like sleeping on mud rooms were cold management did not care to accommodate
The pool was closed but the hotel let us go their sister hotel 3/4 mile down the road to use theirs. The website claims to have a game room but its now a laundry room
The staff was friendly
There were clothes from a previous guest left in the bathroom.
Location happened to be close for our needs
The non smoking room smelled like smoke and the traffic noise and noise from the rooms around us made it hard to sleep
The staff was incredible to us. We were in town for a wedding and had a puppy with us. We couldn't take our puppy with us, so we crossed our fingers, and went to celebrate with our friends, leaving the puppy behind. Unfortunately, we had to end the night early due to a call received from the hotel stating that our dog was barking nonstop. Harold, the hotel attendant, had to pull our puppy out of the room. When we returned, he had her behind the counter where she was calm and quiet. Harold was extremely patient, friendly and helpful when he alerted us that we need to return to the hotel immediately. He really went above and beyond to comfort our puppy and keep her calm until we arrived.
The staff was able to accommodate my early check in request so that I was able to help set up for a wedding despite asking only a couple days in advance.
the continental breakfast, the eggs were cold. Need a bigger variety of yogurt (blueberry, raspberry...eww...)
availability, only 2 floors
walls are thin, noisy if someone is actually next door
Clean, quiet, with helpful staff. Excellent water pressure in shower.
The location was perfect-right off the thruway ( very convenient) the free breakfast selection was excellent (although breakfast could not be taken to the room nor was there any room service
the room was not ready , so,I got put in a handicapped ROOM .COULD NOT HANG MY CLOTHES ROOM SMELLED STALE ,HAD PEOPLE HANGIN OUT RIGHT OUTSIDE OF IT SMOKING AND DRINKING. WALLS WERE EXTREMELY THIN AND THERE APPEARED TO BE SOME DRUG ACTIVITY GOIN' ON.
Let's see that the staffs average age was about 15-18 it seemed they didn't know what they were doing, especially after being informed that my bf had gotten chemical burns from the hot tub, they didn't seem to care or want to fix the situation.
location was excellent
night staff (1 person?) had trouble checking us in. when the internet apparently didn't work, he had no clue. i called tech help from the internet company and the internet was down all night.
One of my biggest objectives was the indoor pool and hot tub. Pool was good but hot tub was in-operable.
The price is a little too high for the area it's located in .
The beds were clean and comfortable. Room was clean.
Paid extra for a 'Jacuzzi room'.When we tried to use it, black mold came shooting out of jets.Informed the front desk, where we were told that they couldn't do anything and manager would be contacted. Never heard from the manager, not taken off bill.
Beds were comfortable - not too hard, not too soft, and the bolster helped a lot (put it behind your back when watching tv or under your legs at night if you have a back problem). The bolster was an unexpected bonus.
Front desk attendant during our checkout was not very accommodating or friendly. Had asked for late check out (as we had gotten in late). We were begrudgingly given a 1/2 hr - most hotels give an 1+ hrs. Kids were unable to enjoy pool as a result.
It was right off of 87. Breakfast was decent.
The beds were super small
Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Only complaint that I have is that it is a two story hotel and does not have an elevator, which can be difficult with luggage going up stairs.
