That it had a refrigerator and microwave.
We couldn't be sure that the utensils and dishes provided were clean. We were not impressed with the breakfast provided. The fruit looked pretty bad.
Truly the worst hotel we'd ever stayed in!
We think we got bitten by bed bugs. Couldn't sleep at all because of that. The front desk person was not helpful, very rude, and in-condescending. Room was very dirty with blood spots on the bed sheets and comforter, stained carpet, and dirty bathroom. No person to check us in when we arrived around 7 PM. When the person finally came, she wouldn't give us a room that would accommodate 3 people. She blamed us for reserving through Priceline and told us to call them and cancel our reservation. Then we could reserve a room with two beds on a much higher price directly through them. The hotel was hardly full. She wouldn't help us at all and finally we got a room with one queen bed to sleep three adults and a baby. The room was dirty with blood spots on the bed sheets and comforter; stained and dirty carpet; a lot of hair and dried up shit on the toilet bowl in the bathroom; hardened food residues on the utens...
This is a nice hotel with efficiency rooms (small kitchenette in the room).
The room we received was a smoking room, which is all that was available according to the staff. The continental breakfast is, in their words, a 'grab & go' breakfast. That was actually pretty accurate - there just was not a lot there to grab. This is a relatively nice hotel in a decent area south of Providence, RI. There are a lot of restaurants and other businesses in the vicinity and it appeared to be a very safe area. We had a good experience at this hotel although we landed in a smoking room. We, of course, were NOT guaranteed a non-smoking room when we booked through Priceline. After opening the windows for an evening, all was ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
there was cigarette smell in the elevatorThe hotel is convenient to a lot of places within an hours drive...friendly staff....would stay here again if they would get rid of the cigarette smell in the elevator
The rooms were dirty. I was first put in room 310 where the toilet had unrine on the toilet. Then I was put in another room which was un-sweeped, the door knob to the bathroom was broken. My girlfriend fell down as she was closing the door.Worst hotel.
I had twice experiences that bidding Priceline that gave me smoking rooms without notifying me while I was bidding and that made me very bad feeling about the process. It gave me smoking room which was very bad and the hotel said to it was my responsible by bidding Priceline.
The room was spacious. The staff was courteous and helpful.
The bedding including the pillows were about what you'd expect but I'd improve the sheets, if possible.Extended Stay America came through when many of the hotels in the area were booked. We hadn't stayed in Extended Stay America before but it was economical, safe and convenient. Made for a comfortable weekend. The room was large and comfortable.
Priceline had reserved a smoking room. The hotel clerk took the initative to change my reservation to a non-smoking room, which was much appreciated. Great location--easy access to freeway; 20 min. to Providence, 30 min. to south county.
Nope.Excellent value for the price. Clean and comfortable. Free parking and WiFi. Easy access to conveniences. Full kitchen.
The front desk clerk who was on duty when I arrived about 6:30 on the 28th went far out of her way of her own volition to find me a non-smoking room after booking.com had slipped me into a smoking one. I appreciated her service, ethic, and attitude.
