the people running it
the breakfast room very small and the food offered very limited
The hotel was in a good location, and the staff was very helpful.
The room was very dark and some of the lamps did not work.
The location was very convenient.
The room reeked of smoke. There were cigarette holes in the chairs. Everything seemed outdated and stale in the room.We were very disappointed with this hotel. We paid way too much for one night and are not likely to use priceline again for hotels on the Cape.
The cleanliness, the comfort of the bed was very good.
The mattress protector and sheets were not designed for the depth of the mattress and they kept coming off when I would move around. It was a clean hotel in a good location. Housekeeping staff wasn't too friendly when I encountered them.
I was disappointed that the owner charged me an additional $50 to have a room with two beds.
I had a bed to sleep in.
The lady named Lee Tu, she is a cheap two faced bitch. I went to eat the continental breakfast, stale cereal, fake Cinnamon buns, fake oatmeal cream filled cookies, old mike that expired that day!. Lee and my husband were in the lobby i joined them.I went in the lobby with mu coffee and a plastic spoon, I used for my cereal, Lee said to me'Why are you using MY plastic for your coffee, I said to her, am stirring my coffee with it,the plastic thin straws does not do the job. She then said to me , that the spoons are for my CUSTOMERS,I said, I'm not a customer?, She said you are suppose to use the straws and NOT the spoons, I said to her, I will go and wash the spoon and you can have your spoon back, she then run into the back room. She came back out to the lobby, and we were still there, the phone rang, and it was a repeat customer, she was snobby with him, she got off of the phone and started to talk bad about the customer th...
Good location for our needs. Low traffic at night (low noise).
Parking spaces are small and the driveway is narrow. Contracted bed arrangement (2 full size beds) was changed to a single queen. Price was raised by $30/ night to get the 2 bed arrangement. :(! Additional cost made the facility a poor value.Check in was frustrating with a limited English speaking host. She could not explain why the room configuration was changed or why the available 2 bed configuration was $30/ night more. I booked the hotel based on the Priceline contracted $ figure, and was stuck once I got there. If this is standard Priceline/ Econolodge protocol. I will do business elsewhere.
Everything except StaffThis hotel don't need any review. Its below 1 star
Location was great.Building needs renevations
Accomadations were old. Beds -bathrooms need toi be updated.
Location was good.
Carpeting in the room was VERY dirty - to the point where your feet got dirty walking barefeet after a couple of minutes. Room was out-dated, VERY musty smelling.
