Pros:Updated, great activities, awesome for kids, lovely pools, overall a great place to stay and it’s close to everything!
Cons:Pushes their timeshare presentation a whole lot. Try to avoid if possible.
Pros:The unit we had was clean, spacious, and well -equipped. We only stayed two nights and wished we had planned a longer stay.
Cons:The wifi was really bad. We had to keep logging in and out to get it to work. Also, most staff were nice, but we asked one guy for help retrieving a key card and he was abrupt and not helpful. While pulling the key card out of my purse, I dropped it, and it feel through the slats on the porch. We could see it but couldn't reach it through lattice under the porch. I asked a staff member chatting with another on a golf cart and he barked that I needed to go back to get one made at registration. I thanked him for his 'hospitality' and grabbed an umbrella from my car and managed to get the card by myself. That was not a good interaction.

Cons:Pressure to come to sales meeting on time-share. As soon as we checked in, we were sent to the consierge for a welcome packet which included a push to come to a 1-1/2hr sales meeting on becoming an owner. I hadn't even gotten to our accommodations yet to know what it was like. Otherwise, I loved it there with my 10 & 12 yr old children.

Pros:The condos are spacious with all the comforts of home......and it's affordable! We've stayed here many times!

Pros:Great rooms (but an elevator would help older folks). Spacious and comfortable rooms with a nice kitchen and full refrigerator. We would stay again for the (third party ) price. Really appreciated Jason at the front desk.
Cons:Tried to sell you a time share at check in. At least they were very nice about out refusal to participate. Also, restaurant was disappointing in both customer service (were we a bother to them for being there?) And menu.
Pros:The accommodations were great!! Clean and large, more than we expected. Staff was resourceful and efficient. beautiful grounds.
Pros:Very nice resort. The newly renovated rooms are very nice!! We love the grounds and the pool complex. The movie poolside was fun! Our room was upgraded due to a computer glitch. The full kitchen was very nice and allowed us to cook a few of our meals. The washing machine and dryer allowed me to only bring home our pajamas to wash (with three boys this is a huge plus)!
Cons:Attempts to get us to participate in the time share promotion!
