I didn't like that my debit card was swiped and then I was told about the $200 deposit this was my first time renting a car I don't know how all this works I was told to sign a paper stating that the car had no damage then go out and look for damage and come back in and let them know if there is any, there was. Then we went out so I could show her this car should have been checked before I paid for the use of it instead of trying to catch me off guard and put the blame on me they need to work on that other than that it's fine8.4 Very good

They lied that they had inventory at their station and I did not receive a car from them. They should be sued for false marketing - It cost me $350 to take a cab to the nearest rental car station that had cars. I'm done with Enterprise.Budget
