Nice people, but lack of charm and personality for the hotel . Looks old
Staff was not friendly, lock to room a problem but staff did not offer to change room or lock. Room small and dark.
Old world feel but with modern conveniences. Excellent restaurant attached. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms up-to-date. Plenty of parking near downtown Wolfeboro.
Rooms could be updated and lighting was gloomy. Could not see to read a book!
Great location and a very comfortable room. Upon check-in we were please to be given a room with a view of the lake.
The mattress was well worn and could use a 'flipping, turning or maybe even a replacement'. Very nice complimentary lobby coffee / tea set up in the morning. Overall, a very nice experience.
The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean.

Room a little tired
Great location, older property but nicely renovated.
Trash pickup at 5:20 AM on Friday. Would suggest that the rooms on that side be provided with ear plugs and an explanation. Not a huge problem, but impossible to sleep through and completely predictable.
Staff was very friendly.
With so few guests, why wasn't there a room upgrade to the best available? I had a room overlooking the street... Also, the walk to the water was rough with all the rocks...could cause some to fall. Local teens, not guests, took over the beach.
THE RESTAURANT WAS VERY NICE AND WE DID ENJOY COMING BACK TO OUR ROOM TO FIND OUR BED TURNED DOWN AND COOKIES ON THE NIGHT STAND.
Attention to detail is the focus at the Wolfeboro Inn, where every person strove to make my stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. I loved the newly renovated rooms with their super-soft terry robes and towels, cuddly bedding, and luxurious number of pillows. The food was perfectly prepared and served with smiles and consistent eagerness to meet every whim. Public spaces are designed for cozy conversations or quiet times with a book or laptop, perfect for a business traveler or getaway. And all the little things--free scones, hot cider, tables made of gorgeous wood, books to borrow, the friendliest concierge I've met, real wood fire, views of the lake. Altogether, a real treat of an Inn!
The hotel sits on the lake in the center of town. The lobby is gorgeous. The restaurant is good, but pricey. [We didn't have the breakfast, because we left early]. We enjoyed sitting in the lobby by the fire enjoying the complimentary cider and cookies. OK for kids. They have a nice conference room, with views of the lake. It would be great for a destination reunion, wedding etc. Self park, and no bell hop. Room decor and bathroom was average compared to the exterior and lobby, which are excellent..
