Cons:
First of all, I booked for SUV but they provided me Dodge Caravan (VAN). I contacted Hertz corporate support couple of times but they advise to call local facility without giving any proper resolution. The next morning (Saturday) went to office and found they were closed on weekend. So I had to deal with the VAN that I didn’t book. I registered SUV for a reason and they ruined my trip. I spoke to local Hertz manager when went to return the VAN . He tried to convince me without acknowledging that was their fault and was questioning why I felt uncomfortable with the given car. Just not argue with him, accepted $65.00 vouchers. This is the worst experience I ever have with the car rental company named HERTZ. Wish them good luck.5.2 Fair

The location is hard to find, the booth is tucked away inside a hotel lobby. No exterior signage that was clear to find the location, had to ask multiple people if they knew where the desk was and most people did not.4.0 Mediocre

I reserved a suburban, which was confirmed the day before. I arrived on time to pick it up and they didn't have one. They did offer me a different vehicle to rent but it wasn't what I needed.4.8 Mediocre

Picked up the car and it was given a quick run through with a rag. Definitely was not cleaned. Cup holders still had rings from drinks. Seats were dirty. Went a few miles and the tire pressure light came on. Was contacted by someone who said they would offer a days credit. Never received the credit2.0 Poor

Pros:
I was charged around 100 dollars extra since I dropped off around 40 mins off the time from what I picked up the car. This is ridiculous!!! This was the first and the last time I will be renting from here. Staff does not know what they are doing. For anything the answer is the system does it, I don’t know. First of all, it took for ever to rent the car, only one choice, no options to pick from, computer system was slow, etc.Cons:

I rented a Nissan versa note from 15 N Wood Ave, Edison, NJ 08820. The gas tank was marked full in the contract, but in reality it wasn't. I found out that this when I drove only 71 miles during the one day rental, but ended up pumping 5.5 gallons while return. I informed this to the Agent, but he was blaming me saying that it was my fault that I didn't get check the contract properly. I agree that its my fault, but even after providing evidence that it doesn't 5.5 gallons to drive only 71 miles on a Versa note (usually 30 mpg), he wasn't listening. I feel this was a bad experience to me.10.0 Wonderful
