Convenient location. I walked from Railway station to Hotel (10-15 mins) and walked to cable car every day (10 - 15 mins in ski boots though bus stop was only a few mins away if needed). Town centre less than 5 mins walk as well.
Hotel Daniela is a lovely, comfortable, fairly priced and overall fantastic hotel. I would highly recommend it.
Everything was good!!!!
Everything was perfect except for the weather (raining).
The rude attitude of a waitress (Slyvia) at the Jugen Hotel Restaurant and the weather of coz
Excellent!! Will definitely stay in Hotel Daniela whenever I come to Zermatt. The Matterhorn view from the bacolny is magnificent. The staff and breakfast are perfect~~
it was just perfect - the location, room, service, food [particularly surprisingly delicious] - we treasure it as a uniquely lucky find
We unintentionally blew the lights in the middle of the night, just by touching the switch, while intending to go to the toilet - a simple replacement of a fuse was probably necessary but we had no electricity for lights, tv etc, which was both annoying and dangerous. We were both embarrassed that it had happened but also concerned, as we were leaving immediately the next day and did not have time to rectify a situation that was not our fault, as we were neither rough nor negligent. There was no staff member available when we departed to report the situation to. Apart from that, it was A+ perfect.
big room, good breakfast
bit far away from the main station, not easy to find
We have been in another hotel in Zermatt before but Daniela hotel is unbeatable. Rolf is an excellent host and that is very important when you arrive after a long trip. The breakfast is very good and the pool too.
Great breakfast selection, staff very accomodating to my needs
The hotel was quiet yet only a short walk to the main street. The room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. It was a great deal for a very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
