No bellboy to help me with my luggages to my room at the time of check-in or check-out, I had to do all that myself, the elevator was too small.
The friendly reception helped us with many questions, the food wasn't bad, basically just a good honest value for money hotel.
Too far from the city centre, our room was so small we battled to find space for our luggage - although, for the price, that was to be expected
Right next to the Bus / Tram station
This is positively the smallest room we have lived in.
Room was quiet, clean and provided bath needs. Despite heat, we had to shut windows to close out loud music from on premise dance hall.
The breakfast was terrible--sweet junk food for Brits. We were advised breakfast was delayed until 8:00 am and learned they had large bus or other group at 7:00 am. Since we had an early flight from airport, we were dismayed and anticipated Swiss breakfast was not served. Junky sugar coated cereals--no muesli and no hard boiled eggs--service slow so that we grabbed a roll and left. We were given incorrect information about the bus and waited in the rain for 30 minutes to get to the airport. Website mispresented availability of airport shuttle on website. Last, the loud modern music and drunken young people hanging out in front of on premise dance hall upon our arrival was very off putting. We chose to find another restaurant to eat our dinner.
Small room, lack of parking
