Located seconds from Michigan Avenue, this hotel is a great location for shopping, dining, culture and entertainment. The suites are elegant and comfortable and all rooms from the 32nd to 46th floors of the tower have views of Lake Michigan or the Chicago skyline. There are different styles (and prices!) of rooms, but all are comfortable, well equipped and clean. The chef at the hotel is highly professional and great care is taken over the food, from the ingredients to the finished meal and the decoration of the dining room. There is a lovely foyer and lounge, where you can have afternoon tea or evening cocktails. There is also an in-house pianist. The swimming pool on the seventh floor has great views and is a great place for exercising or relaxing. As expected from a Four Seasons, the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly and all hotel guests are well looked after.
