Pros (+) Staff was very courteous and helpful.
Cons (-) Room was a little run down. Cabinet doors not attached completely. But everything was clean. Plenty of room.
Pros (+) It was unique and yet perfect for any type of stay, and felt very inclusive. It was set up like an apartment, and felt luxurious. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We were amazed at what we got for such a reasonable price. The staff were the nicest I've come across. I would recommend it in a heartbeat to anyone I know.
Cons (-) The shower wasn't my favorite. And I can't find an apartment as wonderful as this hotel.

We will definitely be back. The location was great too, being so close to the Intrust Bank Arena made our trip easy.

Then, when we returned from an event later in the evening there wasn't a single spot available. The tight lot made it that much more difficult to turn around/back-out after passing through with no luck at finding a spot. And we were not the only ones...

Pros (+) The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. It was a very busy night and they went out of their way to take care of us, including shuttling us to an event and picking us up after it was over. I would highly recommend staying here.
