It’s was good. There’s so much room for improvement though. Since the plane was small, there was no entertainment but for years now, the most jarring aspect of travel is the lack of tasty snacks.

Love delta but the delays and long waits for updates was just too much this time.

Flight for canceled. Horrible experience.. had to rent a car to drive myself up here.

If I can, I always fly Delta. I’ve found their service to always be reliable and pleasant.

Rated entertainment as Mediocre as there were major problems with the Infotainment system that took probably a half hour for them to fix.

Delta crushed it. Flight attendant in first was attentive and just never stopped. Honestly one of the best domestic flights I’ve been on.

The 1st class male crew member was very pleasant - the short female with round glasses , maybe in 50’s had no personality- never spoke when delivering my food, drink, & never smiled the whole trip! In fact looked annoyed when the boarding proses was happening- I would never hire this woman - unfriendly . Have never dealt with a crew member like her-

Best airline! Always friendly and welcoming. Skyclub was great and loved the fast free wifi on board. I also love that you can pre-order your meal on the app!

Delayed due to an ill passenger after loading. Not preventable on Delta's part. Was in first class. The seats are becoming worn and detaching from their velcro attachments. Only got snacks on flight. The attendant was not the friendliest.

I liked the ease of checking in, luggage check in, wheel chair assistance, boarding and flight.

Free WiFi and movies were not free - everything required signing up for future billing. Boston bound crew were very courteous and gracious.

There was a serious delay of almost 2 hrs to departure.. it would have been to be told what caused the delay. Apart from the delay, boarding and the flight itself went smoothly.

My morning PHX to NY flight was canceled. Not a cloud in the sky. No wind. No weather across the country. My guess is they canceled the flight because they didn’t have enough people or a mechanical issue. Either way really bad. I checked it at midnight and the 830a flight was on time so I was very surprised when I woke up to see the flight canceled and I’ve been rebooked on a flight… An hour earlier than my originally scheduled one. Of course I missed this earlier flight because AA texted at 4 AM when I was sleeping. I was re routed to Miami, boarded a plane, sat in the heat for 40 minutes, then boarded because of mechanical issues and had to wait another hour before finally getting to New York Ironically, the 430 Phoenix to New York flight landed at the same time I did… I could’ve been sitting at the pool all day vs jumping through hoops. never ever will I again fly American Airlines. No offer of a free drink, maybe a few points on my advantage account nothing… As if nothing happened and they did not inconvenienced me at all. I’m so sick of the dumb crackers that they give us on these flights. It’s really like a budget Airlines these days. A far fall for s once mighty company.

Horrible airline! They always got something messed up with their planes. 3 hour delayed made us missed both out flights. Had to wake up early in the morning next morning to get another flight!

PBI to Charlotte was smooth. Charlotte to IAH was an entirely different story though, and I still have not heard back from American on how they’re going to fix it.

What an idiot at the boarding gate. Even flying First she was mean and unpleasant.

Was lucky to have a employee at the AA checkin counter that had compassion and understood they ordeal that we went through with our original flight being diverted, needing to stay in the aircraft and then flying to the original destination; adding hours to the trip and forcing us to miss our connection and our rebooked connection. She was able to get up on standby on the highest priority on the next flight to the closest airport we need to be at and it all worked out despite being many hours late.

Delayed so that missed connecting flight. Connecting flight was also delayed on the tarmac but they closed the gate before the rescheduled time.

Took off over an hour late with multiple mechanical issues. Gate agent in Dallas was lazy and was slow as molasses. Had a line 10 people long. Spirit bad..

Fantastic !!! Seamless boarding. Meticulously clean. We left and arrived early.

Everything is an additional charge. It's bare bones, still at a high cost. Don't plan on flying Spirit again.

Delayed 4 hours, the plane hot as hell. 2 passengers got sick. One of them was my wife. Airflow was very bad.

It would’ve been better if you didn’t cancel my flight and I couldn’t find another flight within 200 miles so I had to go down to Baltimore to get on a flight.

Very uncomfortable space with an oversized passenger in the center seat when the airlines could have given her an aisle or window seat. Couldn’t move the entire flight.

You get what you pay for, but those tickets weren't cheap, so I expected better, but Spirit is just one of those airlines.

We were delayed departing and also it took 40 min before we were able to exit the plane after landing and there was no AC I felt like I’m going to die

To long of a delay and way to long on the plane. I know weather sucks, but I felt the flight crew did the bare minimum.

I didn't like that before both flights we had to wait for an hour sitting on the plane for maintenance reasons while this could have been done earlier. I also didn't like that we had to pay even for water. The small water bottle is 5 dollars. I also didn't like that the ticket didn't include either carry on or check in bag, are we supposed to travel without anything? I'm not happy with that.

This was the smoothest flight I have had in awhile. I was also offered an exit row seat for a great upgrade cost and was able to sleep almost thr whole flight due to comfort and a smooth flight. We left on time and arrived on time.

The trip was unremarkable which is good. Crew was very professional and courteous.

Online check-in was not user-friendly. Too many fees, not cost effective.

FRONTIER SUCKS! The agent downstairs tricked me into booking, just to get to the gate. At the gate, they told me they couldn't help. I then called Customer Service. They and the gate attendants kept blaming each other. Neither side was willing to help the customer.

Good for the price. My only complaint is that the pilot should keep the air flowing while passengers are waiting to getting out of airplane.

I arrived 1 hour prior to boarding, and they said I was too late for a domestic flight. First time I heard that :-(

Frontier is a crappy airline nothing about it is honest

Crew members are very rude and not cooperate with passengers.

30 minute delay due to boarding and settling of a family.

I am HIGHLY unhappy with the amount of money I spent on the flight. Paid in advance only to find the flight at a discount price a week or so before the flight. I will not fly frontier again and have bad mouthed your business since to anyone I have spoken with about flying (which has been many a people). Crew was mediocre and instead of moving me to a spot where I could gain some leg room they sat their flight attendant there. Won’t be flying frontier in the future.

Well, I didn’t have food! So NA wasn’t an option. I’ll be back!
