I have been charged twice for my rental. And have no way of getting hold of budget or avis
Didn’t receive an invoice from them. Car came with 1/8 of petrol tank missing. It was quite a damaged car
Office closed early, ahead of posted hours. This put a major kink into our travel plans. Will never use Budget again.
Cons:Took a while to get the car, which had a large dent in the left rear panel, and was only half full! Waited 30 minutes for a car with half a tank, really!?!
