Cons:We hired a car with a little damage at the windshield. But when we returned the car manager billed for this damage almost 700 euros. All of the dialogues regarding this issue was failed. It's the worst customer experience!

Cons:Torn seat belt = safety hazzard. Dark parking lot means you can't inspect car. Budget are thieves. Use another company

Pros:Size of our little fiat 500 was perfect for 2 of us and the many tight streets in Italy.
Cons:Price to rent gps was too much. We could have bought 2 for what we paid. But u do need one. Car was not clean when we received it.
