Mack was so helpful! He tried to help my reservation when my flights were rerouted and we got in an hour later than expected. He really went above and beyond to try to accommodate the change in plans.Cons:
Closing the office prior to the arrival of the last fight is problematic, there were a number of folks stranded without their rental car. This resulted in additional taxi fees from and returning to the airport to pick up the vehicle during the next days business hours. If business hours could be extended, the arrival in Key West and Avis experience would be more enjoyable.10.0 Wonderful

Car was nice, except had 3rd row of seats that would not go down to make better access for suitcases.Cons:
We returned this car early. AVIS would NOT credit us for the unused days, but instead charged for the full amount. This amount came to over $400. When we picked up the car in Key West, we mentioned that we might return it (to Cutler Bay) early. Nothing was said at that time about the full charge or changing our contract. In Cutler Bay, they insisted on charging the full amount. VERY POOR customer service. Will never rent through AVIS again.8.8 Very good

We had a reservation for 9AM to drive from Key West to Miami. The car was not ready for us to drive away until noon!! When we checked in, the attendant said the car would be ready in an hour, but really took three hours. By the time we left there were 150 people in line waiting to check in to pick up their rental. Airplanes continued to arrive throughout the period with people expecting to pick up a car and continue their journey. Airport security was having a fit trying to make people maintain social distance when the airport physically did not contain enough space to allow 150 people in line waiting and people arriving claiming their bags on the baggage carousel to maintain distinace. The entire problem was caused by National, Enterprise, Alamo car rental mismanagement and inability to think outside the box. In fact, I watched two employees show up to work then disappear when having to confront unhappy customers looking for an explanation for why they couldn’t get their car.
