Pros:

Extremely comfortable, great gas mileage, lots of nice features in the vehicle, drove very smooth.

Cons:

We received the vehicle with one of the tires having much less tire pressure and we had to go and fix the tire pressure ourselves. There was also old used bottles of water and mouthwash under the seats.

Pros:

The rental car was clean. Mohammed was very helpful and explained the different coverages and how much each was, per day. He also put my concerns at ease and explained how they clean and disinfect the car during Covid-19 times. Thank you Mohammed.

Facility was closed when I arrived

Cons:

I don’t understand why rental was at noon when facility was closed. I had to pay 200 extra to change locations. It was a huge disappointment and hassle. I’m extremely dissatisfied.

Every person that I encountered was incredibly polite, efficient and competent . My flight arrived one hour before the Alamo/Enterprise desk opened. I would have loved the ability to pick up my car through a kiosk or something else to avoid a one hour wait for the desk to open.

The customer service isn't exceptional, but it's adequate. This is a respectable car company, one of the few remaining in an industry often marked by dishonesty. The staff were nice and helpful. The car was nice and clean. But we did experience over 40mins of delay before the car became available.

I bought insurance through Kayak. When I picked up the car the SixT agent said we have to put a €1500 hold on your card in case of damage. I never heard of that before. I took the car and after 5 days returned it in the same condition I received it. The SixT agent said all was good and I expected the €1500 hold to be reversed. It’s been more than 24 hours but the hold is still on. Be careful when renting from SixT.

While I had a reservation, I did not rent a cat from SIXT. They were inflexible in working with me to change my reservation (due to airline flight delays.) and ultimately charged my card even though I never arrived for picking up the car ( note I did Not have a Prepaid rate. My reservation was for a Pay on Pickup.)

Extremely incompetent and unpleasant people! I’ve still haven’t received the car return report and the cancellation of the deposit I’ve paid. This is 5 days later.
