Nothing unusual. It was fine. I hate having to pay extra for my seat.

The flight was so late that I had to change connecting flights, turning a five-hour trip into a fourteen-hour nightmare.

Late departure due to large number of wheel chair patrons. Used to having a box of snacks to select from in comfort plus. The flight attendant just rattled off what was available and asked us to pick. Felt rushed and uncomfortable. Seat was great. Prefer having the screen on the seat in front of me instead of having to pull it up from the seat side. Lots of room for my carryon under the seat in front of me.

My flight consistently said it was on time and the plane didn’t arrive until after 30 minutes after take off and nothing was announced to passengers

The fight was about 2 1/2 hours delayed, but that was weather related. The flight was also overbooked. But we were in Comfort plus so the flight was fine for us.

It was pretty good I was worried with the short Layover that I might not catch my connection but the gate was there

There was plenty of overhead room but half of the passengers were told they had to check their carryon bags. My partner and I checked in as early as possible and our seats were split across the aisle.

Flight was late. Club was full. Experience is exactly what I expected.

Inflight entertainment stopped working as we taxi to runway and never worked again until landing and taxi to gate. Grrrr

The seat could use more support or cushion. I'm in my 50's and have back issues so the seats are a bit hard for longer flights.

Your seats in the last 5 rows are terrible. My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me and the lady sitting there decided to recline it. Jammed my knees bad. I don’t know if I’ll fly United again.

The flight from Cleveland to Newark was great. The connecting flight wasn’t so good.

This was a short flight with no food. The attendants were great but the comfort was poor: just to cramped. The flight from Denver to Frankfort was excellent! Seating was roomier, food was good, service was good. This was a great experience.

Delayed over an hour due to paperwork not being filed correctly. Forced to change planes.

I still prefer Delta, but Delta doesn’t fly to State College PA.

The seats on the aircraft are like sitting in a rock. During the boarding process they recognize Active Duty Military, why don’t they recognize Retired Military. I’ve always preferred Delta, this flight confirmed why I still prefer Delta.

The flight attendant was very kind and offered my son a snack for free.

Flight was quite late as there was no pilot Crew is usually excellent, this flight not as good as usual there were more mistakes, slower and less friendly service But honestly the aircraft was too cramped and uncomfortable for a 4 hour flying get so, do to the aircraft liability the very best you could ever do is mediocre.

To san Francisco it was ok. From sf to Manila it was horrible

They opened my checked bag and even though my lock was tsa approved, they loose my lock and left my bag just like that. Incompetent people, very upset about it. I’ll try to avoid traveling with united

Experience was fine. Seats were cramped, and we had to wait for repairs before we could take of. Even though the door remained open, we were warned that leaving the plane could cause difficulty trying to fly out later. Staff was pleasant, and climate control was fortunately working. We had trouble at the DFW terminal, but I don't think that was AA's fault.

No complaints. Good WiFi, great crew and excellent speedy baggage claim

The flight crew was fantastic! Which the seats had a small TV.

VERY disappointed at the agent checking in my luggage. I know that the weight limit is 23 kg, a little over 50 pounds (50.71 pounds). Yet the agent kept repeating "50 pounds". So I said, the limit is 23 kg, and she had the audacity to say 'no, it is 22 kg!" Imagine my surprise. Was she ignorant or was she poorly trained? Not sure. The boarding process was pretty good. The speakers were loud enough so I still could hear them despite inconsiderate passengers continuing to speak while the announcements were going on. During the flight, the teenage girl sitting behind me kept pressing her feet to the back of my chair. I turned around several times, yet she did not get the hint. I did not make a fuss since I sense I had a bad streak that night with AA, so I just did the best I can to lean forward and not let that bother me.

There were several different delays but we ended up being delayed a total of 40 mins or so. It was annoying we had a gate change which made it take longer to leave DFW, and we had to check our carry on. Ugh

The foot ottoman cushion was missing on my business class seat.. the hydraulics is on its last leg & seat cushions do not have support or paddling. Heavily dented by butts

The flight was delayed till next day ! They kept delaying every 30 minutes then after 3 hours they delayed it till next day. We kept waiting in line standing more than an hour to get the hotel and meal vouchers. There was no communication at all. Everything was bad

Flight was on time, no drinks served on the two short flights. Comfortable seats.

Terrible boarding experience at sea tac. Displayed on time departure despite being about an hour behind in boarding time. Boarded a bus to go to the tarmac to then board onto the plane.

Hidden fees everywhere while we aware of the fees but it quickly added up to a premium airline. From 12+ dollars to pick your set to $55 dollars a checked bag. No counter at the Portland Airport until 2 hrs before the flight made it so we couldn't get anything to eat before the flight. Pre checking your bags wasn't working on-line or at the kiosk, so we had to pay extra 5 dollars per bag for counter checking. So after everything was said and done, we ended up paying an extra $200. Plane was nice and clean plane staff was nice and attentive.

Excellent. Except seat C2 starting to be worned down. Very uncomfortable.

22 hour delayed flight. I will not fly again. I missed training due to this.

Well my connecting flight was initially delayed 2 hours. Then it became a 21 hour delay. When I woke up the next morning the flight was then delayed another hour. I ended up missing a day and a half of training due to this. When asked if there was any way I could be transferred to a different flight I was told no because it was under a 24 hour delay. I will not fly with this airline again.

The delay was a pain… Loved the crew and they made up time and treated us very well. Ticket counter was awesome, boarding agents not so much

I was flying from San Francisco to New York and had a layover in Minneapolis where they refused to let me have my bag and charged me $65, a very bad experience for me

This flight was canceled after waiting for hours at the airport. We knew if was delayed, but were not informed of the cancelation in a timely manner. There were no Sun Country representatives at the gate to tell us. Finally, representatives from Southwest Airlines called out over the intercom asking for Sun Country to come up to the gate. After the cancelation, no one seemed to know exactly what was going on and we had to go to the check-in area downstairs and wait in line for any information. We were not assisted with another flight. We ended up paying a lot more to fly home the next day with another airline.
