There was plenty of overhead room but half of the passengers were told they had to check their carryon bags. My partner and I checked in as early as possible and our seats were split across the aisle.

Flew first class so everything was great. But maybe because the flights were red eye, no meals were served, just chips. I flew Alaska Air 1st class at 9PM (2 hour flight) and they served beef short rib sliders!

There was a loud squeaky sound the whole time we were flying.

I didn’t not like that I could not select my seat and ended up with the worse seat.

The landing was bad and the hostess came two times and i was sleeping but when she served the person that nexts to me I woke up and she didn’t even asked me if I need any drink or snacks two times!!!!

Plane was late because of a mechanical malfunction and the food listed as available was not. Flight attendants seem over worked and under paid. They just done seem happy. And that can be seen in their faces.

Waited 3 hours on a plane to de-ice due to manpower issues. Waited another hour and a half once we landed because of a gate issue. Missed my connections. Created. A total of 13 hours of delay.

Plane was turned around due to fog half way into the flight, Delta did not properly direct passengers to stay on same flight and instead failed to properly rebook on Alaska

Honestly, I didn’t expect that I will experience this long time wait during the check in. There was only one person who was taking care of the passengers for the economy class and it took us to wait about one hour to do our check i. As a result we barely get to the airplane as the gate was at the end of the airport. That is totally not professional where one crue is working at the registration desk with economy and 3-4 crues are helping for the business class.

All of my clothes were completely soaked and wet when I got to my destination. The airline was careless and left my bag on the runway during a rain storm. Very disappointing! On the connecting flight in Lisbon we were made to wait on a bus crammmed in for 20min and standing. Unacceptable Very poor experience and most of my belongings ruined!

It was disappointing to have to pay for soft drinks/ water. The sandwich I wanted was not available. Servig happened to late in the flight.

Not good. Long lines for checkin. Cramped seats. Would only give one tiny cup of water. Had to use people movers. Won’t fly TAP again

45 min late. Priority is not a priority as they put everyone in the same bus a than priority become last.

The check in process was terrible. Took a long time to check in because there is not enough agents. Once we got to gate, no announcement to board, all of a sudden people got up and board. The seats were EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. It was a 3 hours international flight, and we were served one tiny cup of water. 😩😩 The temperature was so hot inside rhe plane we thought we were sitting in an oven. Very difficult to find a flight attendant for assistance. They ran up and down aisle to serve first class but never really look up to seve the rest of the flight. I would never fly on this airline again. The experience was horrible.

What didnt i like? You had to pay for seats after the booking was paid for. If i knew that beforehand i would have booked with emirates for a few dollars more

Most important was the effciency - on-time take-offs and landings, no missed connections, baggage arrived correctly. Friendly & professional crew. Less important was food/drink. Pretty spartan, but we'll know next time and bring our own stuff.

Great airline, new, comfortable and quiet planes. Plenty of leg room and state of the art entertainment system. The big downside is the connection in Lisbon. The airport is small and a bus is needed from the plane to the terminal. Is a mess, takes a lot of time, nobody gives an explanation, boarding zones are not honored, etc.

I thought Miami's airport was very disorganized during the Boarding.

Very efficient boarding - other airlines could learn from them. Friendly, efficient crew. Red eye flight, so dinner meal was irrelevant. Breakfast could have been more substantial. Seats reasonably comfy.

They canceled the flight and would not rebook us within several days

We have a lot to say when BA cancelled our flight the last minute and put us on Air France’s already overbooked flight; and took no responsibility to ensure we are safe and met our travels. It’s day 2 and we have not reached our final destination yet. BA took no responsibility, but were happy to keep the money! If it were not for third party ground staff at Dallas BA we would have not gotten to India. BA has a lot to answer!

They could do everything better!! From the rickety plane to the flight attendants, when American Airlines is operated by British Airways, their standards are lowered! It’s like Macy’s, operated by Walmart!!

Our seats were moved by ticketing agent at Chicago, so we thought we were getting an upgrade. Turns out we were put next to 4 children 2 of which cried or screamed for the entire 7.5 hour flight. It was a terrible experience for us.

The aircraft left 5 hours later than original dipartire time They let all passengers board and sit for 3 hours in a hot air plain with no A/C. Than they made all passengers leave the air plain due to some issues to the engine. Passengers received 1 glass of water the entire time . Than they boarded everyone again and took almost another hour before they took off. I bought these tickets for my 74 years old mother, Julianna Horvathne Kas and my nephew, Balázs Kelemen. Definitely going to request for a compensations!!

Economy class has no legroom so if you have the money worth to upgrade! Food was absolutely horrible! The crew was super nice!!!!!

The flight was provided by Aer Lingus and our seats were in a poor condition (15A & 15C). They looked like they needed repairing/replacing and were uncomfortable for such a long flight. Also the arm rests on Aer Lingus planes do not lift more than around 45 degrees, instead of the usual 90 degrees upright, meaning you cannot maximum the space between you & your travel companion so as to be more comfortable for such a long flight.
