Very bad. Boarding was a caos and pick up luggage took more than an hour. There was no entertainment on board.

They are a mess. It appears they hired a third party to staff their check in desk and simply did not train them. I will avoid flying with them in the future. It took 50 minutes for them to check in 3 parties on front of us. On the way back. It took just under one hour for our luggage to show up...

Alimentação mto escassa. Pelo menos deveria dar a opção de comprar e o Wi-Fi pago.

A Gol precisa aprender comfazer desembarque. Está anos luz atrás em organização. Os comissários são muito atrapalhados.

Os passageiros ainda não estão habituados a respeitar o embarque por grupos, que é a melhor maneira de embarque, na minha opinião. Então faltou pulso para impor a regra de embarque e desembarque às pessoas.

Kiwi service was terrible they actually didnt make the reservation and their system showed that the reservation eas complete so I had to buy a ticket in the front desk at the moment at and exorbitant price.

A Gol melhorou muito desde a última viagem que fiz, muito bom, aeronaves bem conservadas, tripulação cordial. Gostei.

Online checkin - a mess, unable to do… At airport - terrible, only one agent for priority checkin.long wait for the line of folks..

Adequate. You get what you pay for. Absolutely no frills but a cost effective way to travel between European countries.

Very efficient boarding - other airlines could learn from them. Friendly, efficient crew. Red eye flight, so dinner meal was irrelevant. Breakfast could have been more substantial. Seats reasonably comfy.

Disastrous boarding. Entered air bridge only to descend stairs and enter a bus. Plane had insufficient storage, was old and chair recline was damaged. Air stewardess was sullen.

The airline made last minute changes to our business class seats splitting our family of 4 with young children who had pre-booked a row of 4 seats. The seat was also dirty and sticky. Our pre-ordered child meals were also not available. :(

Ground staff at Rome gate & boarding were rude and unhelpful

Two of three flight attendants were not super kind as I would expect. The very kind young lady in my section was wonderful but then lady and man up front were not. Sorry but it makes a difference !

O comissário não nos serviu bebida no jantar. Quando voltou somente serviu água.

The flight was good, but not entertainment or free food or drinks were offered.

Cobrar por escolher assento em voos longos é desumano e um tanto quanto covarde, pois já vamos passar horas sentados. O banheiro não tinha papel e estava bem sujo. O avião era um modelo novo emlderno. O entretenimento muito bom com filmes modernos e a refeição estava muito boa. Vôo atrasou demais.

I couldn’t select my seat until I checked in at the airport. Extremely difficult to talk to a customer service representative. Also, the gate announcement doesn’t appear until less than an hour before boarding.

They over sold the flight and I was not able to board. Had to buy two tickets so I would not miss my connection.

Wonderful service and very comfy in the bulkhead in Economy Plus! Delicious food.

On the flight from Venice to London even it’s short, 2 hours 20 minutes and mostly people are on vacation, it’s ridiculous to change money for the cup of tea or coffee. Also it’s to much to charge 80$ for 1 piece of luggage

Flying economy is like being packed into a sardine can.

The BA team at Sky Harbor is deplorable, full of unnecessary attitude and poor communication. It seems like every member of the team was looking at another to solve the problem, instead of taking agency to do so themselves. I saw no less than 6 altercations with the same gate agent where he threatened to revoke the passengers boarding pass for asking a wildly reasonable question, something as simple as where the cue to board was. I’ve complained to BA before but it seems this isn’t an issue for them, which is very disappointing

Boarding poor in London,ok in Chicago. Don’t like Heatrow/terminal5

It was very good. We got a late start by about an hour and a half. However I worked rather have that than crash. It was purely mechanical. They had our tickets ready when we came off the plane in London for the next leg. The only mishap was when we got to Lisbon my husbands luggage made or bit mine didn't. All was not lost because I did finally get it 2 days later. I was really pleased that they c made the effort.

Business lounge in Naples is very spartan with poor food and not very comfortable. Late departure from gate, ride bust then wait on runway for 30 minutes. Almost an hour late departing. Business class was middle seat empty. We exit row do reasonable comfort. Service was friendly and prompt but drink offerings limited with some selections requiring extra charge.

Liked that my American Airlines status seamlessly transferred to BA so luggage check was free. Flights were on time, boarding quick. Wish they didn’t assign connecting gate so late at Heathrow.
