All good. Didn’t get the seats I booked online. Luckily, copassanger cooperated! Mistake- I failed to verify connecting flight seats details at Mumbai. Staff at Mumbai airport to be blamed equally!

The staff was good. Very friendly and respectful. The airline not so much. They aren't very informative at all.
Horrible trip. Plane was late , so late . the flight conditions were very uncomfortable.
The boarding was delayed several times. The take off was two hours late.

Cheap flights as you expect with Ryanair. I would take cheaper flights over entertainment and comfort for short haul travel. Main issue is usually delays at airports. In this case we landed roughly 2hr30 later than planned due to earlier delays with the plane. Not the worst I imagine
We each paid for 10kg checked in luggage. Flying out there were no issues sharing one case (20kg). Not so coming back. Additional £48 charge and unable to provide an explanation of why it was ok on one journey but not the other, or indeed what material difference it makes between 2x10kg cases vs 1x20kg case. Scam, and appalling from Ryanair.

I didn't like. The seats and the floor were very dirty and it is not the first time
I couldn’t select my seat until I checked in at the airport. Extremely difficult to talk to a customer service representative. Also, the gate announcement doesn’t appear until less than an hour before boarding.
They over sold the flight and I was not able to board. Had to buy two tickets so I would not miss my connection.
Wonderful service and very comfy in the bulkhead in Economy Plus! Delicious food.
On the flight from Venice to London even it’s short, 2 hours 20 minutes and mostly people are on vacation, it’s ridiculous to change money for the cup of tea or coffee. Also it’s to much to charge 80$ for 1 piece of luggage
Flying economy is like being packed into a sardine can.
The BA team at Sky Harbor is deplorable, full of unnecessary attitude and poor communication. It seems like every member of the team was looking at another to solve the problem, instead of taking agency to do so themselves. I saw no less than 6 altercations with the same gate agent where he threatened to revoke the passengers boarding pass for asking a wildly reasonable question, something as simple as where the cue to board was. I’ve complained to BA before but it seems this isn’t an issue for them, which is very disappointing

It was very good. We got a late start by about an hour and a half. However I worked rather have that than crash. It was purely mechanical. They had our tickets ready when we came off the plane in London for the next leg. The only mishap was when we got to Lisbon my husbands luggage made or bit mine didn't. All was not lost because I did finally get it 2 days later. I was really pleased that they c made the effort.
Business lounge in Naples is very spartan with poor food and not very comfortable. Late departure from gate, ride bust then wait on runway for 30 minutes. Almost an hour late departing. Business class was middle seat empty. We exit row do reasonable comfort. Service was friendly and prompt but drink offerings limited with some selections requiring extra charge.
Liked that my American Airlines status seamlessly transferred to BA so luggage check was free. Flights were on time, boarding quick. Wish they didn’t assign connecting gate so late at Heathrow.
