Flight was very late, meaning a missed connection in Frankfurt, and staff completely unhelpful or just absent. Handicap accommodations, reserved in advance, somehow never made it through the system for the second trip in a row!

Regular 3 across coach seats in “business” just empty middle seat
Twenty-four hours before our flight we wanted to check in online, but was unable to do this, so we walked over to the airport. We were still unable to do it, but it ended up not being a problem doing it that day. One of the women in our group wanted to check two bags, but was unable to do it, but they then let her take the smaller bag with her into the cabin and didn't charge her for that extra bag.
This airline is the cheapest airline I ever seen I had to pay for my seat and it wasn't even same isle with my husband They charge for everything very rude crew All they think is to sell Who care about customer service just sell you tea coffee water etc.
The plain was on time. Better seating, better service than Discover. I wish I could used them for my return flight. I have used them before, and they were always good.
The Lufthansa part was wonderful. The short connection flight was not.

Excellent service by united air staff. Very helpful, understanding and do friendly.
No complementary food or drink was given for almost 4 hours of a flight.
Gets the job done. Don’t look for comfort or service.
