Flights were both delayed. No luggage on arrival for the whole plane and no contact since submitting a PIR.

The experience was not as pleasant returning as leaving. Went through clearance twice, crew was not as customer focused.

Absolutely terrible delays for 3 hours changed seats after we paid an upgrade on both legs. It appears it’s up to us to request a refund after they down graded our seat. Never again !!

They had superb boarding (started an hour before flight time). Timely pushback from them gate and an early arrival. Flight and service was very comfortable. I wanted to move my flight to an earlier one, only thing was there was no one at emirates in Heathrow to help. Had to call the call the center and pay to change. There were ample seats on the flight though

Me and 2 other rows were forgotten during food service. We waited over an hour before they finally served our food. Then only had what was left. They did apologize. Also, they locked the bathroom due to turbulence and my 4 year old had to pee himself because they wouldn’t unlock it for him.

I liked theAVML food. Taste was alright and quantity was enough. Sometimes during the flight I felt that the smell from toilet was coming to the cabin

Emirates is usually on time, but not this trip. Also, during the flight the attendants disappear unless called upon. Very strange. I have watched the quality of Emirates service diminish over the last five years.

Leave on time so i dont miss my transit flight. Also make it so coffee/tea is free amd not a paid service. The staff treat us like dogs having us wait everywhere. The buses had no ac and we had to wait inside packed like sardines. Horrible experience. Never flying again hopefully and not using kayak.

I arrived 59 minutes before the flight in Tampa due to Massive traffic jam and the flight was closed and I was told that I’d simply have to “book a new ticket on line myself and the gate agents couldn’t help me”. Even though the flight was delayed over 30 minutes, (leaving one hour and 29 minutes before departure, they refused to assist in any way explaining that it’s automatic and there can be no exceptions. Horrible experience due to poor management at gate. I fly this option 2-3 times a year and have a good experience with the cabin crew etc. But, Tampa agents are not trained or allowed customer service. I once was a gate agent for USAir, I know times have changed, but forcing me to purchase a new ticket and complete indifference and inconvenience. No thanks

Crew members were good. Seats were packed and too tight .

Carry on luggage size for economy passengers significantly smaller than other airlines, so nearly all ecomy passengers had their bags taken and checked.

Had a short layover in Zurich, luggage marked expedite and short layover but still didn’t get luggage when arrived in Split until 3 days later even though husband got his.

Far above average. The level of quality and service has really improved and passed most US carriers on this route. Go Edelweiss!

Flight was late and crew were unwilling to help with information on connections. Call light had been on for 61 minutes without tesponse.

Flight was delayed for 4 hours and they misplaced my luggage too. Appalling.

Forty five minutes late for departure. Staff were pleasant. Food was adequate but not outstanding. Entertainment system was very good, as it usually is on Air France.

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

worst experience ever i choose my seat in advance and also have my seat selected in my boarding and the they told me that my seat has been changed without notify me

Food could have been better especially the breakfast. Overall it was a good flight

No bording was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.

We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

The line at boarding was not well organized and managed

Seriously one of the most disappoint experiences I have ever had when flying. My flight got delayed FIVE hours. Nobody wanted to help at the airport (“this is Kenyan booking, we cannot do anything”). I got on the phone with someone from Kenyan for one hour until he finally moved my ticket to a Delta ticket. Then the painful journey restarted - the Delta crew in land kept saying there was no other flight and ai had to wait. An agent called Gerard Robert was being so sarcastic I felt humiliated. He would say things like “you say you understand what I am saying but you are not understanding what so am saying”. I asked him to please speak in a less sarcastic tone and he said “I am not going to speak with you anymore, go find someone else”. These were his words. Tired, after 14 hours in a plane, I just wanted to cry. I looked for another agent, who was an angel and rebooked me to another flights. Thanks to her, I made it to my meeting in Washington-DC. I am going to send a formal complaint to Delta about agent Gerard Robert. It is not fair to speak with customers in that cynical, sarcastic tone. If one works in customer service, it ia important to mind that tones can make people feel humiliated. And turning the back to a customer by saying “Go find someone else” can’t be part of his training.

I almost missed my flight because my previous flight (Mombasa- Nairobi, also Kenyan airways) landed in a different terminal. There was no signs whatsoever, no information shared. It felt messy. If the flights are purchased together, like mine, there has to be indications on how to board to the following one.

The cabin is due for a refresh - the seats are very thin and not very comfortable. The AVOD system also did not work on one of the seats and the touch screen were very glitchy. The overall cleanliness of the aircraft could be improved

Food was great. They never to add more current entertainment like movies and shows

Paid an extra USD 100 for so-called Comfort seats. All of these (the bulkhead seats) had parents with babies and infants who were screaming much of the time. One mother even decided to change nappies on the seat. This was anything but comfort!

Flight was delayed for 9 hours. We finally arrived ved at 0435hrs instead of 1950hrs the previous day. No compensation was provided.

Apart from delay of 3 hrs in Nairobi for onward flight to Dar all fine. Looked like operational issues caused it.

It has been 1 week since arriving at my destination and I still have not recieved my kite surfing bags. Office will not communicate properly on location or when my bags will arrive. No advice on what to do on luggage that has not arrived in over a week. Simply not happy with Kenya airways at the moment.

Excellent. They canceled our flight & put us up for the night. Then upgraded us. We are impressed

The flight staff were not very kind. I went back to get a drink, 4 of them back there chatting. They all looked at me continued to talk then they started doing stuff and one finally asked after I was standing there awhile what I needed. This happened multiple times. The movies were not the great and seemed dated. My seat squeaked every time I moved and it moved around a bit.

Is a terrible airline. The seats are tiny, staff are lazy and rude. Everything is a mission for them and they always take forever. Check in and passport control is enough to turn you off Mauritius all together. Let alone the airline. Mauritius is gorgeous and a must visit if you could avoid the airport and Air Mauritius.

The crew were great as usual. The flight was rescheduled two hours later but delayed by more than an hours to load cargo. The was upsetting because I missed scheduled meetings in Johannesburg.

Though the food was very good ,I think the portions were too big. It was hard to manage everything on that small table. And you really don't feel like eating too much on a long flight. Just a suggestion and it would save you some money too.
