It would have been better if the flight hadn't been an hour late, causing us to miss our connection. Even without the delay, Lufthansa do not allow adequate time for passport control and getting yourself to the departure gate.

At Muchin the service woman for Lufthansa at the Airport was really horrible.

I liked the crew services inside the flight, but not the one checking me in. She was not nice, a very bad listerner, and arrogant. More listening to understand the customer's problems would help.

my flight was at 3:45 after that they delayed to 4:40 I have transit from Chicago to Frankfurt and Frankfurt to vina airport from vina to Erbil buy the Time I come to Frankfort my other flight left me I have to stay at airport all day with my 5 kids ask for help no one help me I spent at airport almost $450 just for food was horrible flight ever I call and ask for hotel from united customer service they been telling me we can’t provide any hotel I need some refund or fixed my flight when I return to America need some one respond my email

Lufthansa flights were great. United flight from houston to Frankfurt had very small seats with almost no space

The food wasn’t great and it would be nice if the airlines showed documentaries about the countries we are flying into.

Checking in could not be done in the UK for this prt of the flight . Since we only had an hour and a bit at Singapore it was very stressful not knowing if we had appropriate seats. The flight itself was Ok and the 787 had a bit more legroom than the777 from Munich to Singapore. Food wasn't great.

All flights cancelled with no way to reach the airline

Waiting too long before getting on the plane. No communication, slow...horrible

Better flight than mum to Frankfurt. But food was very mediocre.
