Canceled flight for unknown reason after numerous delays and only available flight was the following day yet no compensation. No weather problem. Then had to fill out form to get refund. American used to be a quality airline - no more, very sad!

entertainment choices, i.e. movie selection not very good. Also, I asked Iberia if an hour flight connection time in madrid was enough for a European flight and they said yes. It wasn't. We made our flight because our ongoing flight was delayed due to airport congestion.

Very aggressive and unhelpful ground crew. Wanted to check my hand luggage for 3 flights. I had lots of delicate items and computer equipment. So the silly lady wanted to rebook 3 international flights because of a carry on. What nonsense. The baggage handler suggested I put it under my seat - so I did. And this was during the rebooking chaos of the Microsoft crash. She was the most arrogant annoying and aggressive ground staff member I’ve met in 20yrs. (AA flight out of Houston).

I got food poisoning - lasted 4 days after starting medications - someone should check with food delivery.

Loving Iberia, However; The Moroccan airport service is seriously lacking. I almost missed my flight and connection due to slow processing. They need to get it together. You don’t need 10 minutes to look at a valid passport or boarding pass. Thanks, Jason Green / Ikahn El

Iberia was great. American airlines was late for no reason ans with no explanatiom or apologies. We were on the runway for at least 40 minutes before taking off once we finally boarded

Seriously, not displaying departure gate until very last minute is awful. Specially when you have to take an elevator and then transport to go to the sub-terminal. That’s awful in such a busy airport as Heathrow. And I cannot choose seat on this flight because it’s run by British Airways, even entering locator code.

Seats in coach aren't padded enough for a 6 hour flight

The flight was great until towards the end when the flight attendant read an excessively long commercial for purchasing an american airlines credit card. The worst part is that we are doing a lot of traveling this year so i was actually interested in getting the credit card, but I was so annoyed with the long commercial that I completely dismissed the flight attendant bringing around the information. Next time, keep the sales pitch to 10 seconds and then pass around the brochures!!

The absolute worst. Our flight from Madrid to Charlotte was delayed nearly 2hrs which cost us to miss our connecting flight. The only availability was to either separate my party of four (two being children) several other locations to reach our final destination. The other was drop us off at entirely different location we never intended on going. Thus resulting in us driving a rental 2 hrs to our original final destination. On top of that the flight from Madrid was uncomfortable and some staff were extremely rude.

I am very happy always when I fly with Iberia.

A bit noisy. The seat was suboptimal and there was too much noise in the service area. Some if the crew members were less than nice; others were great.

Outstanding. plane was a bit dated but safe and clean

Non-responsive after a flight cancellation, basically the airline kicked us out of the airport to wait in an endless line to speak to a single representative. I found another flight luckily not with Iberia. Many were not so fortunate. I’m still waiting for a reply to my flight cancellation/compensation query 5 days later. A trans- Atlantic crossing was hot and cramped. Food was great staff were nice but never again.

Both flights had no inflight wifi. The layover that i eria setup made it so i had to sprint through madrid airport at full speed even though the plane was on time. Never again. The flight there none of the screens worked.

Boarding passes should be checked upon boarding to avoid a situation we got into, delays due to wrong boarding

Iberia schedules flights with short layovers in Madrid so many miss their flights. Also they lost our luggage twice - really a weak operation and will never fly with them again

The food was horrible. The crew skipped over me for drinks(only got food?). I had to wait until everyone else was served drinks in order to receive mine(meal was done). No earphones were given. No free WiFi.

It was not assigned a seat to me. I was not able to aboard. I lost all other connections..
