The crew at this Enterprise made it stand out. They were extremely busy on Sunday when we picked up, and they had one person out sick. They handled the situation well and took care of everyone as they could.

Cons:

Consider that the DelRay location is one of the few open on Sundays. They will be busy if you need to pickup or drop off on a Sunday so be patient

The thing is is when I went to this location they did not have my car ready nor was my car cleaned I had to leave and go pay somebody to have it cleaned that’s ridiculous especially going through a pandemic that we’re going through now I will never use this location again

I prepaid for my car rental via Kayak/Priceline and Thrifty had no cars available for me, and I was told they had 34 similar reservations they could not accommodate because the system should not have allowed the bookings to occur knowing what the locations inventory would be. I had no choice but to have my payment refunded and I had no car during my vacation in Florida.

Got there 2 hours late and my car was rented. Giovanni said priceline overbooked location. Needed to drop car off Sunday. Location closed. Thrifty has not updated location with Google map so it takes you to empty lot!!!

i will never ever rent a car from thrifty again and i will make sure to let everyone around me know as well. I reserved a car a month ago and when i go to pick it up they don’t have the car i rented and have no other options for and tell me i have to figure it out myself and in turn made me late for my sisters wedding. horrible service and will never spend a dime here again.

Reserved a luxury SUV (Audi Q5 or equivalent was stated). When I arrived I was given the choice of only two SUV’s, both Ford Expedition Max. The vehicle is the biggest SUV Ford makes…6000lbs, 7 passenger and 20’ long. Not a luxury SUV and a gas guzzler averaging 13 mpg. You need a step ladder to climb into the vehicle. Was not a pleasant experience trying to drive and park that thing around Charleston SC.

My van that was reserved and pre paid in advance was given away due to my flight being delayed. Imagine the person in front of you in line is discussing how a van just became available as you stand there asking if the van being given away was yours. And yes it's in fact your van. Then no vans were left to rent and you have to rent a hotel and hope a van becomes available the next day. Fingers crossed as you are in a foreign country not knowing what to do next. I was also awake at that point over 26 hours. Tired exhausted and jet lagged. So my experience was 10 out of 10 the worst case scenario.

The agent I worked with at the counter when picking up the vehicle was excellent, and I am sorry, but I don't have her name handy. Hopefully, you all can see that from the paperwork and will give her kudos, as she did a fantastic job and was super friendly and helpful. She is a valuable asset to your company. I watched her work with the customers before me, and they left with the same sense of gratitude that I had when I finished working with her. Especially after the day I had been traveling.

Being Scammed for fuel is not a good experience especially from a brand such as Sixt. I rented a car with a supposed full tank. the Car is a small Car and that can hardly burn more than 5/6 litres per 100km. After I drove 130 KM and returned the car, I had to fill in 15.3 liters . this only means one thing, the car was not full. the second car I rented and that I am still driving, shows 670km autonomy and a small red band at the fuel level indicator. Again NOT Full. I have no idea what games are being played at this location with Fuel, but it looks like a Scam to me. SIXT Better ACT

We felt fortunate to get our rental. There were only two agents working, by the time our delayed fight arrived, and the customer lines were very long. We were relieved to get a car, despite the fact that many customers did not. The customer service agent was very friendly and helpful.

Despite having a reservation to rent a car for a single day in Puebla, when we showed up we were told there was no car available. Then the man at the front desk said there was a car available but it would be more expensive due to local tax. We were okay with this, but he then said we needed to put down a deposit of $5000 usd, which seemed crazy for just one day. He then changed the deposit amount to $88 usd. The entire interaction felt like he was just making up numbers. It felt very sketchy so we decided to forget renting a car entirely and just traveled via bus…..

They only allow their car rentals to be driven in LA. This is not stated anywhere in the kayak car rental process.

When we picked up the vehicle, they didn't have the same level of vehicle available that I reserved. Instead of offering a better vehicle at the same rate, they would only downgrade the vehicle without a rate reduction. This downgraded vehicle wasn't going to work for the number people, bags, and adventures into the mountains we planned for. (Which is why we reserved the Rav4.) I was left with the only choice of moving to an upgraded Jeep Grand Cherokee for more money. Once we got into the Jeep GC, we immediately found a pouch filled with pills under the passenger seat. We have no idea what these pills were, but took them into the office. They offered to put us into a different Jeep GC, which we accepted. At this point, they did offer a refund for the upgrade charge, but only after being asked. I was also told that there was an additional $200 deposit that would be returned upon return. The vehicle was returned with half of a tank of gas and no issues, and I did NOT receive the full $200 deposit back, only $167, with no explanation as to why. I paid for the tolls package and only went through two of them. There is no way that was $33. I will not be renting from Ace again. This was not an experience that I care to repeat. As we were dealing with our own issues on the rental, others were also having issues with their rentals. Didn't seem to be a great situation across the board.

-Salesman committed fraud stating insurance was $40 for the duration when it was closer to $50 a day -Salesman committed fraud by implying my insurance does not cover rentals (he's acting inappropriately by hinting knowledge of my personal life....my insurance is not public....and it does cover rentals thankfully....but crossing that customer/business veil is inappropriate conduct and edging on safety concerns... -No handicap accessibility concerns, I am disabled, their disabled stall was closed but when I asked they said it was working, having me walk around the building in pain with my cane to find out it's broken. Not handicap friendly -They did not reserve us the Toyota we requested instead substituting for a Charger GT which consumes more gas and is more inconvenient to park than a smaller Toyota, this business tactic may have been done to increase my chances of scratching the car as I not being used to driving it may be likely to make a scratch or, they may have wanted us to forget about all their surcharges once we filled the GT for $120 then their little fraudulent surcharges seem small in comparison...sunken cost fallacy...disgraceful company...

I would rent from Fox again but I’d be way more likely to rent from Fox if there was a way to use their car for toll roads on only the days when you’re planning to use it on those roads instead of paying for toll usage for the entire duration of the trip. Having to pay for the entire duration even though I only wanted to use tolls for one day meant that the cost was much higher and the value not really that great.

I loved the car loved the easy pick up and return of the rental car. The airport made it very self explanatory to get the car back with white letters on the road to direct you back to the rental car return. Made me smile. I had to extend my rental due to not finishing the work I came down for and the company made it very easy to extend.

It may be wise to not allow this company to transact on kayak as their business practices are questionable at best. Issue: 1. Unexplained transportation, till you arrive in LAX, that consists of a lengthy bus ride and shuttle to arrive at the car rental location. 2. This business does not inform and does not allow its customers to use the coverage on a credit card for insurance. 3. This business does not accept the kayak insurance that is advertised as a way to save time and money, 4. Does not accept private insurance and says the deductibles are not high enough. 5. These practices leave a customer with the only option to accept and pay a higher rate than the kayak car insurance. 6. Thankfully, while attempting to understand the reasons why this information was not shared and while attempting to remedy these issues, a gentleman entered the building saying he just experienced a tire blowout, had to change the tire on his own as they would not respond to his calls and wanted another car to which they initially responded they he would have to pay for the new tire and another rental - deplorable. Please stop predatory companies such as Economy Rent a Car from operating on your website. At a minimum, I am requesting a full refund for this reservation that was not used.

I had to pay so much extra because apparently the insurance I had didn’t cover Expedia/economy car rental despite said insurance covering every other car rental agency. So either I was lied to or it’s just economy and I’m never going to rent from them/expedia again. I was also given a number to call travel guard which is not able to cover after the rental purchase was made. The car was also full of dog hair. In total this rental cost me 200$ instead of the 40 +30 I paid for the rental and insurance initially. Huge rip off. Took forever and is so inconvenient to get to without a car! Insane. Never again.

The first car had broken windshield wipers. The second car did not have a working phone charger. The third car front screen was broken and they wanted to charge me an “upgrade” fee for a car that actually worked. The fourth car had the fewest issues and ALL the cars were filthy. In addition, the car insurance I purchased from Kayak was not accepted and they said should I have an issue I’d have to pay and be reimbursed by the third party insurance. Given the number of issues we found (because we are very detailed in looking at cars and documenting) I thought it would be wise to get their insurance which was three times higher priced. This place needs to immediately do maintenance on their vehicles and minimally wash them.

The woman at Marrakech pick up location was nice, professional, and clear. The man at Tangier drop off location was nice, professional and clear but he charged us for cleaning the vehicle which should have been included in price.

Really the worse customer service they have. Very rude. Shuttle never showed up. There’s no information at all about its timings in which the shuttle is being operated. Went to the office and they said the reservation is cancelled and go reserve a new one. I was on the front desk but they asked to go online and book it. Reserved it then just adding to my frustration with silly questions they didn’t provide the car. I was asked to cancel the reservation. Tried canceling but online portal denied it. Then I called them and instead of refunding the amount they offered the credit. Such a rip off. Unbelievable and I never recommend this Easirent company

Nothing about this experience was satisfying, like renting a donkey and a cart on the streets of Bagdad! No shuttle from airport available, office in a sideroom of a hotel NEXT to the hotel advertised as location. Did not have reserved car, none clean, car smelled like a cigarette BAR, windshield broken, just a mess all around!

Their shuttle never came even though we waited over an hour and a half. We kept calling and after 20-30 min waits in their phone system they assured us the shuttle was on its way. Finally it was approaching closing time so we had to take a Lyft to the company so they wouldn't close on us. They shrugged and said the shuttle guy had gone home half an hour ago. Then it took an hour to get the cars because they were short staffed. Would NOT recommend and will never use again.

It was very difficult to find the shuttle bus and I was wandering around the airport for over an hour, asking other car rental staff and information desks for assistance. The easirent company desk did not answer my phone calls and I began to suspect I was being scammed. I evebtually found the shuttle bus, but when I arrived on site I was a bit nervous that I was going to get scammed. There were a lot of hidden fees that people at the desk only told me about once I was at their location and away from the competition at the airport. For example, if you do not have a return flight confirmation number, there was a $500 uncharge on your rental. I was also given a random car that was available, and not a car that I originally selected when I booked the rental. The people at the desk also refused to give me a receipt for the $200 security deposit hold that was put on my credit card. When I turned in my car 4 days later, they did not issue a receipt, despite my concerns about the deposit hold clearing from my credit line. Given that I was on a time crunch to get to my flight, I believe they knew they had more power to deny me. The rental price was cheaper than the competition, but I believe that the consumer pays for that cost difference in time and risk. Easirent has separate policies from Kayak that weren’t disclosed. On my booking confirmation (that came through Expedia for some reason), the rental agreement says unlimited miles. When I picked up the car, they said there were limited miles and I would need to pay an additional $25 per day for unlimited miles. I would not have booked through Easirent if their company policy was made clear when I booked. They should not be marketed as unlimited miles on Kayak only to be charged for unlimited miles when you’re picking up the car.

The rental location is terrible. It's a small office on a shady strip. The cars are on the roof of adjacent parking deck. The Guys who work there are really nice but the car was shady. It had no window fluid, it was a screech every time you turn. The back seat headrest didn't work. The list goes on... Just pay the extra money and go to a reputable place. This place is below low budget. Never again!

The shuttle driver went above and beyond to help me when my bag did not make it into the shuttle heading back to the airport. He was very proactive to fine my bag and was very expeditious in his task of getting me taken care of. We had a low pressure tire light come up and we were close to the store. I stopped by to have them look at it and in 15 mins they had replaced two of the tires and had us back on our way. Very impressed.

I like the rate. I did not like that my insurance card had to be presented because my insurance card lives in my personal vehicle. This was the first time renting a car that my I had to present the insurance card to rent the car. Also I was not happy that the car insurance i paid for on the web site was not accepted by Green Motion. i had to purchase additional insurance to rent your vehicle. I also did not like that once inside the rental facility the line stated "U-Save" and not Green Motion. Please clarify that it is the same agency in the future.

When I went to pickup my car, I had to wait ~1 hour to speak with someone at the desk. The agent I spoke to at the desk lied to me and said that I cannot use my personal auto insurance and had to use their plan. I call their corporate number later and the confirmed that agent was incorrect and refunded my money spent on the insurance. The car they had reserved for me was stuck behind several cars on the lot and inaccessible. Because of this they tried to give me another vehicle in the same class. The replacement they picked had visible damage/dent to the multiple panels, doors, and bumper. I started documenting all the damage in detail and taking pictures, the agent started getting visibly annoyed. He ended up providing me with a different car in the end. When I came time to drop off the vehicle, the lot nearly full and there was a line extending into the street just to enter the lot. I'm still waiting to deposit to be returned and I anticipating that I will need to call their corporate office again. This was an extremely poor experience through and through. I will never rent from Mexrentacar ever again, and I will never recommend their services to anyone.

We booked a car for $140 for 6 days. I checked several times to make sure the car rental was at the airport, not with a shuttle. When we arrived, and finally found an attendant for U-Save amongst the crowd when you exit SJD (Cabo) airport, he indicated we would take a shuttle to the car rental office. We still waited 5-10 minutes for the shuttle. When we finally arrived, they said there were mandatory insurance fees of nearly $60/day, which would bring my total closer to $500–that’s more than triple the price I had reserved with. That was supposed to be the total cost. After much back and forth, they said there’s nothing they could do and that this 3rd party insurance is required in Mexico. We were almost going to agree, about to start the paperwork, then they said they would have to charge $1500 as a deposit for incidentals. This was NOT a hold, this was going to be a charge that they would refund. I’ve rented cars before and I understand a deposit for incidentals. But this amount seemed outrageously high, especially in light of the forced insurance. We decided to skip the car rental altogether and just used taxis/Uber to get around. It cost us much much less, and definitely less headache. I would never ever book with U-Save ever again. And generally be wary of renting a car in Cabo for that matter, as they just try to impose additional costs and triple the anticipated cost.

If you do not arrive within 1-2 hours of your reservation time, they give your car away and don't have backups for you! EVERYONE in that arrived on my shuttle were in the same boat; they didn't have any of our vehicles; they were simply telling everyone that their reservation is cancelled, we'll receive our money back (eventually), and we just need to go elsewhere to find a car last minute, at night. IT WAS A DISASTER! Thank God one of the guys working there took pity on my group since I had my 80 year old parents with me, and managed to find another vehicle for us. It was smaller than what we rented, but at least it was a vehicle. I'm thankful to the employee who bent over backwards to find us a vehicle, but York's policy of re-renting everyone's cars if they are not there within 1-2 hours is CRAZY! Everyone else got screwed. It was an awful experience. Oh, it it took HOURS for all of that to get settled. 0/5 stars.

Online your able to pay with an American Express Card. When you get there after a long flight and a a long drive from Mimai Airport to get there....they tell you we do not accept American Express cards. Mr and two other customers went through the same thing...there was a lot of upset people in the same boat...yelling, arguing. I will never use them again! Rented a 12 passenger van for a college trip with students to study marine biology in southern Florida for 3 weeks. Reservation and rental agreement indicated $889 as total price, $500 (approx) downpayment was made at reservation. Upon arrival, they charged me $1,500 and said there is some required insurance although my University pays for full insurance on all fleet rentals. I do not see this in the details on expedia. The van was in poor condition - dent in the back with cracked bumper from a prior accident. One seat was literally zip-tied on. Two seats did not have seat belts so effectively serves as a 10 passenger vehicle. The zip-tied seat and missing seat belts would be against the law so I have reported this to Florida's Attorney General office for investigation.

The agent was not at the airport on the day of pickup. He told me the reason was that he had called me a day before and I had not answered, which is not true as I have the call logs and haven't received any call/sms/email. Then proceeded to tell me that most of people don't read T&C and that I had to pay 500 EUR insurance for 4 days if I wanted the car, on top of other fees. I am pretty sure something like this would stand out in the invoice, not hidden and nothing to do with T&C because this company would then have much bigger problems than scam sales. I raised a dispute for service not provided, scam offer change. Never again.

This company is a prime example of how NOT to conduct business, and I strongly urge anyone considering renting from them to think twice and avoid this nightmare at all costs. Let me start by saying that "Right Cars" has absolutely no regard for their customers' well-being or financial security. When I arrived at their rental office, ready to pick up my supposedly affordable 50 euros car, I was greeted with an outrageous demand: a whopping 650 euros as a deposit. Are they out of their minds? It's beyond comprehension how they can justify such an exorbitant amount for a car that is worth a fraction of that deposit. As if their greed wasn't enough, "Right Cars" shamelessly refused to refund or provide any reasonable alternatives. Instead, they presented me with an ultimatum: pay an additional 80 euros for insurance or fork over a mind-boggling 500 euros as a deposit for a vehicle that should be barely worth the initial rental cost. It was an absolutely terrible experience. The person I dealt with when picking up was so rude and unprofessional. I was shocked at the additional expenses and how I felt forced into an insurance that seemed like a scam. There were multiple additional expenses that were not explained to me and the woman seemed to think I was foolish for asking for an explanation. I was so nervous about returning the vehicle that I cut my vacation short by an extra day just to get the vehicle back early in case they were difficult again to deal with. So I had to pay $150 for a hotel just to get the vehicle returned early. When I did go to the dropoff, there was another person having the exact same difficult time with staff. It was so wildly upsetting to watch this man struggling with this horrid customer service as well. I will never use this service again and I will attempt to warn others about this experience.

Staff were kind though they didn’t seem to have an information needed to answer questions related to insurance and cost. No shuttle service was available from the airport and no one was Available to answer the phone, other travelers helped us figure out how to get to the pick up location 3km from the airport. The $2000 hold/charge to our bank account was a huge surprise and it took over 2 hours to get the car at pick up due to them being understaffed and having a lot of confused costumers.

The initial car had very worn tires, so they gave us a free upgrade. The pickup of car was a little slow (waited 20 min for them to get to airport and had to deal with car change), but I've had worse with larger on-airport car rentals. Make sure that you have the number to call when getting to the airport so they know you've arrived.
