Pros: Arrived safely

Cons: Almost two hours late.

Pros: Boarding was fast. We arrived early.

Cons: It was too cold & they kept turning on the lights (it was a late night flight).

Pros: Crew was amazing

Pros: Great crew

Cons: Seats are very uncomfortable

Pros: The flight crew and the captain were terrific.

Cons: Gate agents were rude. Everybody was forced to check-in their carry on luggage due to the small plane. This information should have been shared before boarding. We were informed as we were boarding and had to scramble to remove the laptop from our carry-on and help up passengers behind us from boarding. A totally unnecessary stressful situation created by the gate agents for failing to share information. Once we got onboard we saw carry-ons larger then what we were forced to check-in. Evidently, enforcement of standards is at the gate agents' discretion.

Pros: Seats were comfortable and crew was nice.

Cons: Need something more substantial for food in first class on a cross-country flight.

Pros: Seat room is limited, especially when you are in the middle seat.

Cons: Seat space

Pros: Crew was extremely rude and failed to provide water

Pros: They allowed carry on bag,

Pros: Alcohol was a decent price

Cons: Little more leg room but I understand how budget airlines work

Cons: Clean, comfortable plane. Smooth ride. Departed on time, arrived ahead of time:)

Cons: It was a Great flight. I always enjoy flying Delta

Pros: The airplane seats and entertainment were 150% bettter than American

Cons: The check in area felt cramped, understaffed and like a 4th rate airline

Pros: Everything!
