Overall 8.5 grade. Location great, staff flexibility and friendliness on high level. Breakfast area could be more comfortable, still ok for downtown hotel. Very international guest content. The room was nice and very clean, it had all I need and also a mini-fridge which I really liked.

The whole reception had a smell of smoke probably because people standing right outside the door smoking non-stop. The toilets at the reception was really bad when I came, dirty, bad smell and bugs on the floor. And the breakfast was really really bad for a 4-star hotel.

Great location right in the middle of the city. Quick walk to local bars and restaurants as well as the major tourist sites.

Air con unit was faulty and only worked periodically. Bed sheets smelt of smoke. Breakfast selection could have been better.
