I was expecting that movie selection and food would have been better. Everything else was great.

On time. Great service. Good food. Good movies. All good!

The type of the food requested (Asian vegetarian) was not properly met with. They have very limited snack items that may compensate for the main meals.

Pleasant crew. Very long flight, a bit uncomfortable at times being seated, but not too bad.

No ice for the drinks. Only gave a half a cup of your beverage. Not enough water. I got very dehydrated.

Poor services. Not meet 5-star airline standard. Disappointed with the poor food and drink selections. Cabin crew is not attentive at all. They even skipped me during meal service (not sure if it is intentionally).

Eva is one of the top airlines in Asia... but often are over priced. Finally found a reasonable rate.

My original flight was rescheduled & EVA did a good job rescheduling my flight & connecting flight.

Flight attendants rude, they disappear for almost 3 hours not doing rounds to see what people needed. The laboratories were full of empty water cups, because they never come back to collect them.

The flight attendant, where kind of rude, there where hiding for almost 3 hours, without doing rounds to see if people needed water or pickup the water cups, the toilets were full of water cups, because they never come back to pick them up.

Amazing service and fabulous syaff. Loved the jumbo jet too, comfortable.

I had the most wonderful experience from CEB bag drop through deplaning. The staff, the aircraft, food, and cabin crew were all amazing. I want to give a kudos to Marky from Mactan Cebu's Asiana airport staff for his exceptional customer service and assistance.

Airfare was ok . Food not good , seat ok but not comfortable. Lay over too long , crew was ok Overall just ok

The crew was amazing and really nice. The OS on the entertainment system could use an update, though. It felt old and outdated but had anything you'd need to keep busy. I usually never use it anyways, but that did stand out.

Aside from a LOT of turbulence the flight was perfect! The flight crew was superb and the food was delicious!

Comfort was left wanting due to such a long flight, made the wife and I wish we could upgrade the seats to Business class or First Class, but did not have that option. Food was good but had very limited options and I have a dietary restriction which was difficult for the staff to accommodate since everything provided came with cheese on it. (Cheese could potentially kill me) Did not have an option to inform the staff until we were already in the air about the restriction and was not provided another option before flight departed.

The plane was uncomfortable. I paid extra for more legroom but the seat was still uncomfortable. Other seats on the same exact row didn’t have to pay extra but still have extra legroom. I didn’t understand why I needed to pay $170 for. It was Iike China airline just wants to make money off their passengers. It was unfair.

It was a 2 hour flight to Taiwan. Lunch was served. China Airlines goes above and beyond for their passengers.

Great flight, although I flew out of ONT and that is where my car is, lol

3 of the 4 flights had delays despite the weather being fine, but still managed to make all connections

Ask flight attendant for water during flight and she was a little rude get the water.

Baggage made it successfully to destination despite short layover. Appreciate that.

Staff were good and nice. There should me 3 meals instead of only 2 and snacks.

Flight was delay almost 2 hours from Hong Kong to Taipei. Last minute gate change from 24 to 66. Long way walk. We need to run in the Taipei airport to catch our next flight from Taipei to Vancouver. That is so suck!

Excellent staff made the boarding process fast and easy. Friendly crews on both flights from Saigon to Taipei and Taipei to Los Angeles. Will fly China Airlines again.

Friendly flight attendants. Comfort plus seats were very comfortable and had lots of leg room. 10A and 10 B.

Flew first class so everything was great. But maybe because the flights were red eye, no meals were served, just chips. I flew Alaska Air 1st class at 9PM (2 hour flight) and they served beef short rib sliders!

Had to change aircraft due to a faulty door. Surprisingly it only caused about an hour and a half of delay. Delta handled this situation as well as can be expected.

Awful. Flight was continuously getting delayed and gates kept changing without any reason. Flight was delayed for more then 3 hours

Paid premium for Delta only to be on safe but tired old 767 with ancient cabin in mediocre condition. Poor wifi and horrible inflight entertainment. Hardly a premium experience. Should have flown SW and had fun flight crew and no pretense

Our flight to Zurich was delayed by almost 3 hours, so we missed our next flight. There was no indication it would be delayed this much. We were told the gate had changed and then it apparently took over 2 hours to load the "catering" on the plane. We were not compensated in any way for the trouble.

The comfort is typical of what I would expect from main cabin. I've been on flights with other airlines where the seats needed to be changed, the cushions were non-existent. So happy this was not the case. I enjoyed the movie selection. Happy pillow and blanket was provided since I forgot my own. The food was also ok. Great that we arrived early and my luggage arrived undamaged. Again in the past (not with Delta), luggage was lost or broken.

Crew went over and above to be helpful. Plane had mechanical problems that caused us to depart late.

The 676 plane is much more comfortable in business class than the A330 and he food was a little better. I didn’t use the entertainment.

Rated entertainment as Mediocre as there were major problems with the Infotainment system that took probably a half hour for them to fix.

The crew was quick and efficient. The flight was uneventful and arrived slightly early.

My seat was broken I couldn’t put it back I have really bad back issues , the flight was 5 hours delayed and there was a drink dude harassing the entire flight

No food or entertainment because it was a short flight. Unfortunately the takeoff was delayed more than an hour

The flight left and arrived on time. the only food offered on the 5+ hour flight was a cheese sandwich. Unlike Alaska Airlines there was no information on the website regarding food at all or any option to purchasse in advance. Otherwise, it was an excellent flight.

Flight was ok, a bit of turbulence, but Ok. With some exceptions, staff could use some attitude improvement. I know they have a tough job, to carry out with little time, I appreciate the control and service they provide. They have to consider passengers medical deficiencies. I for example have eye, disabled.

Parents with kids should all be in the same area. Sounds rude but who what's to fly 6hrs with crying and bratty kids. Just my opinion.

Ok, so I didn’t have seats, so got there very early. I was first in line only to be told, listen for your name for seats. The flight was boarding before they gave me a middle seat, way after others showed up who were given more favorable treatment. Ok, so , don’t show up early and obey all the rules??? Clearly, your gate clerks did not. What gives???

Short flight but delayed. Since its a short flight no food or entertainment necessary

We had an awesome flight attendant who came by and made sure we were okay. Checked on us often and even shared some snacks that she had brought on, like edamame with chili and garlic seasoning. Yummy!

Flight was comfortable. The attendants did a great job. I’ve flown on several flights with Hawaiian. No complaints. Suggestion: The egg salad sandwiches seem to be a standard on most flights. I see a lot of them being returned or refused. Seems like a waste. I think Ham & Cheese would be more acceptable.
