No prob with entertainment-would have selected n/a if it had been an option. No entertainment-flight was only a short hop. Great flight,
The people who worked for Alaska Airlines, both on the ground at O'Hare and during the flight, made it remarkable for me. Their customer service is incredible; they're kind of like the Nordstrom of the sky.
I wasn't impressed with the entertainment selection, and the snack sizes were small. But the entire crew was professional and did a great job. For that I would fly Alaska again.
I love having assigned seats and being able to check bags at the gate, if needed. Both are super-helpful when traveling with a toddler!!!
Thw crew was excellent but due to poor scheduling Alaska Airlines routed our flight to LAX then LAX to Seattle. This delayed our arrival at the airport by at least 5 hrs and really inconvenienced us in many ways...

We loved the extra legroom on the flight and the fact that we didn’t have any one beside us.Everything was a n time and satisfactory.
In economy, there was actually a decent amount of legroom and it was shocking to be in a bathroom that actually had a little bit of space! It was far more spacious than Most airlines are today. It was pleasant because of that.
I booked flight for my son. He had an epilepsy episode while in line boarding the plane. No refund. WTF? Never again book with Kayak.
