More check-in counters or faster processing. I arrived early but got to the gate just in time to board the flight, I didn't even have time to use the bathroom. The plane was really dirty, encrusted dirt is everywhere and the plane smelled bad when I entered.
I couldnot board the flight since my previous flight from Lisbon to Madrid arrived too late.

I travel on a monthly basis and I’m not a stranger to budget airlines. I never complain about anything, it just about adjusting you expectations to what you paid for and you will get, but these flights (2) with Air Europa Miami - Madrid - Athens were a terrible experience. Both flights had a significant delays and multiple gate changes. At the checking they used a hand scale to weight your carry in, it cannot be more than 10 kg , even it fit on size.Luckily mine was ok . The food was inedible. The staff service was ok, but you can totally tell they do not care about much and show little customer service culture. I think this was my last trip on Air Europa. Actually the price was almost the same than other major airlines, I just took this one because I needed to depart late at night.
Probably will never use this air line again. Rude miserable staff. Uncomfortable seats.
Well, I'm not too happy with the service a flight for 9 hours with only a cup of water or wine. Food only service you one-time I bind flights many different airlines and they make sure that you feel comfortable with the food and drink
i paid accidently for a second bag instead of a golf bag (Eur 40 instead of 50) they would give me credit when i tried to change the second bag from a regular suitcase to a golfbag. The comment was "you made a mistake, your problem"
It was NO entertainment, the screens were not working for anyone. The food was bad in taste, my chicken was hard. The seat in my case didn’t recline. A long and endless flight
Very BAD crew service They ignore at all any call for service . Very rude from the check in process to all the tripularion members in the fight .
Extremely efficient and incredibly friendly staff. Very organized to board and to de-plane. They were all very attentive during the flight.
One of our bags did not make the connecting flight in Madrid. We have not received any word today on its location. Seats were so narrow and uncomfortable!

A bit noisy. The seat was suboptimal and there was too much noise in the service area. Some if the crew members were less than nice; others were great.
Both flights had no inflight wifi. The layover that i eria setup made it so i had to sprint through madrid airport at full speed even though the plane was on time. Never again. The flight there none of the screens worked.
Boarding passes should be checked upon boarding to avoid a situation we got into, delays due to wrong boarding

Iberia schedules flights with short layovers in Madrid so many miss their flights. Also they lost our luggage twice - really a weak operation and will never fly with them again
The food was horrible. The crew skipped over me for drinks(only got food?). I had to wait until everyone else was served drinks in order to receive mine(meal was done). No earphones were given. No free WiFi.
It was not assigned a seat to me. I was not able to aboard. I lost all other connections..
I would have liked it better if Iberia had not lost my and my companion's luggage.
Kayak sent several notifications that the flight was late. This contradicted the information on the airport boards. This was extremely confusing and we very nearly missed the flight purely because we double checked with the info desk when the flight stays said’closed’. Kayak notifications are therefore unreliable and pointlesa
Usual issues with flight delay. Perennial problem of travel by plane.
Delayed almost 2 hours sitting on plane. No updates at all from flight deck and virtually no updates from cabin crew
Long delay resulted in my being unable to catch a train home and resulted in an additional £76 cost for an Uber
Be sure to check bags for 23 kg,.(50 lbs) Coming from US I chose the wrong size luggage weight when I checked in on my phone, and had to pay more when I dropped it off
All around poor experience. Barely got on flight because it was ostensibly overbooked. Forced into checking a carryon bag with empty overhead compartments. Nickeled and dimed. Charged for coffee. Despicable.
The on board air steward really made the journey. He was very entertaining

The trip itself was good. I have given only good as rating, because my first flight has been cancelled by a different airline and that caused disruption in my trip. I spent over ten hours in Luton airport and that caused me high tiredness, sickness, because of the very early initial trip. easyJet staff has been professional and friendly.
Very pleasant crew, working hard on a full plane. Delay by a broken seat. However crew made back 60% of the delay.
