A real Hotel where customer service is highly applied, even I was trapped by vulcano problems,i could stay longer without any beforehand reservation, Parking for free
You really need a rental car when you stay here, the Hotel is cutoff the city and daily life: there are only Hotels here in the neighborhood
I like the Hotel Location and its facilities
The room was good size and beautifully designed
Attend car racing events on one occassion and just relax by the pool on another, good staff, balcony in the room, nice decor throughout hotel
The Staff are excellent, they have a real challenge to keep residents happy because of the poor construction of the hotel, which is not their fault. On one occassion the T.V. and lighting did not work, on the other the air conditioning did not work, and the water took a long time to warm up. The staff would do what they can to resolve these issues, but it is very disruptive when you have already settled in for the evening to relax (the purpose of going there), and the air con goes off. To call an engineer at that point just interrupts the mood of relaxation. (The first time we had to move rooms, which is very disruptive) We still like the location and the good service so are hoping they will get the construction issues under control.
It is good that the hotel is close to the airport, and it will be even better when Farrari World opens.
It should be easier to get a taxi from the hotel to the airport. We gave the Concierge 10 hours to organise a taxi, and he still failed.
