Pros (+) Beautiful grounds, clean rooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning in each room, lovely patios on our rooms. Room service was quick and delicious. Located directly across the street from an animal rescue center.
Cons (-) Some squealing pipes and a couple loose fixtures but nothing critical.

Pros (+) They accommodated our very late check in. The rooms were huge and clean. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. The grounds were very nice. The staff was great. Each time I emailed, before the trip, I got a very quick response.
Cons (-) No hot water for the shower. It was hot for a few seconds, then cold for the rest.
