Pros:Nice ride. Plenty of space. Good gas milage.

Cons:Bad customer service. Very hard sell on unnecessary additions when I picked up the car. Verged on untruthfulness. I won't rent from Alamo again. Parking area unlit making finding the car very difficult on a rainy dark night. Incorrect color of car on paperwork making pickup unnecessarily confusing. I called to have it corrected but never received a callback.
Pros:Also rep was very friendly and quick to get me on my way. Very good customer service. Will use this location in future.
Cons:We found the lot easy to find but was unsure where to go from there.

Pros:The car wasn't ready when I got there, but the customer service representative was excellent, and made it up to me. I am quite happy with how things worked out.
Pros:Nice little car, fairly reasonable price
Cons:The communication with the people who worked there was atrocious. They told me the wrong date and time to bring the car back (but listed the correct time on the contract), misquoted me the price for towing insurance, would not answer the phone when I called to make a change to my rental, did not record the change I had made by phone, and tried to charge me twice for everything. I don't usually write negative reviews but this service merits one.
