Miscommunication over charges. Quoted price and paid price are too far off . From $100 to $500 is a big difference
Pros:Clean, sporty. Could have used someone telling me how to open the trunk, turn on lights.

Cons:Website kept giving an error message so after 3 times entering my credit card details, I gave up. Called the local number, no one took the call. Rented from another company.
Pros:Great Car...fast pickup. I was out the door within 5 minutes. The weather was horrible (sleet/ice) so getting in the car and out of town to head south was really important to me. The car (a Tahoe) was brand new and a great choice for this type of weather. I really loved that there was no drop fee on my one way trip to Medford. Staff at both locations were great and efficient. Highly recommend.
Friendly but severely understaffed
Pros:Car was clean and well maintained without any smoke smell.
Cons:Having to go to the counter to get the car and then again to return it.
Pros:Drop off was quick. Car drove great, had an issue but rental lacked manual to diagnose.
Cons:Check out took too long,and I am a “Fastbreak” Member. Rental lacked manual to troubleshoot questions that arose on trip. Budget is not digital, they are still dealing w/a ton of paperwork.
Cons:I was quoted a weekly rate of $241.15 in Bandon OR. When I arrived at the airport, I learned the reservation was at an offsite location. When I tried to contact them, I learned that they were closed. Budget offered to transfer the reservation to the airport location, but would charge me over $500 more than I had been quoted. Customer Service was no help. Apparently, the same thing has been pulled on others. Watch out for this bait-and switch scam.
Cons:At the pick up time specified, 1pm, the pick up location was closed!!! i couldnt get the car, terrible customer service when trying to solve the problem, this company is truly aweful. Make sure you pick up at the airport location, not the off site location.
Pros:Pleasantly surprised to get a full-size hybrid
Cons:Getting it to start was not obvious!
