Pros:Choose the car you want. Quick pickup, quick drop off. No hidden charges. Great experience.
Cons:They let me close any vehicle in the line so i chose a mini van. It was perfect for my needs, clean and new. Return was super quick at the MCI Airport. Never had to wait at all for the shuttle bus. Shuttle was about 5 min from the airport.

Pros:The agent at the counter was very kind and quick to get us on our way. She realized that I didn't need a lot of the optional services and got us to our car really fast.

Cons:There were 10 people in line and it took almost 45 minutes to finally get checked out. (I did learn that there is an app that gets you immediately through the line. (I will try that next time)
