Pros:Nice vehicle. Everything went as planned.
Cons:Price, but that's life.
Pros:The car was very clean and the attendants in Albany even brought the car to me which I appreciated.
Cons:I highly suggest you speak with your staff so as to warrant better customer interactions, especially in the face of a worldwide, unprecedented global pandemic. I do not appreciate being asked to move out of the way so another customer could be helped while I was trying to have questions answered by the attendant checking me in. I was extremely worried about getting back to my family and do not appreciate being swept aside as I was clearly upset. I was asking questions about payment options and she couldn’t have cared less. Also, the fact that she didn’t offer hand sanitizer or to wipe the pen off that other patrons had been using says a lot about your priorities in keeping the health of your customers and not spreading this virus. The same could be said of the attendant in Springfield when I returned the car. She couldn’t have been more bothered by my presence. In a time when the whole world could use some empathy and understanding her attitude could not have been worse. Clearly customer service isn’t a priority for Alamo and I will keep that in mind the next time I need a rental car.

Cons:I would have liked if they would have asked if I'd prefer a vehicle with Bluetooth. Also, the gas tank was 3/4 full when I picked it up, but the paperwork said it was full. The pickup attendants were very helpful with making both of these adjustments for me.
Pros:No issues on pick up or drop off. Albany is on site. I had to wait for attendant to show but only a couple of minutes

Cons:I arrived and one person was working the desk (who was an amazing guy). My car wasn’t ready and he said he needed to go off site to get one and clean it. At 1130 at night, this shouldn’t be ethe case. The guy working the counter was like a superhero keeping everyone happy. The experience should have been easier for both of us. I expected more.
Pros:When I returned the car the agent asked me how the car was. I told him it was an uncomfortable ride and he gave me a gasoline credit on the rental. Both agents (pick up and drop off were SUPER!
Pros:Great new vehicle, friendly helpful customer service, but in both locations the cars were the absolute furthest away from the terminal if any of the rental companies.

Pros:It was almost too easy to drop off at the return center. We simply pulled up, got out and left. The employee didn't even say anything to us.
Cons:HORRIBLE customer service at the Albany international airport location. Woman working there charged my card more than she originally stated, which made my card decline. Then she refused to use that card again because it was initially declined! We lost our rental and the original amount of money spen
