Cons:Where did all of those fees come from???
Pros:Easy to find at Albany NY airport
Cons:Drove about 60 miles from Albany, got a flat, called customer service(roadside assistance ), told it wouldbe $65 for someone to come out...and that was to just put the spare on, not a new tire. I said i can put the spare on myself. Then was told had to drive back to albany to get a new car. Got back to Albany and find out that if I had the roadside assistance (wasn't mentioned or offered at pickup ) they would have brought a new vehicle to me. Not a good experience.
Pros:The Enterprise staff was extremely helpful, friendly and jovial. They gave me an upgrade to an SUV.
Cons:The place was super busy when I arrived to pick-up the car so there was a slightly longer wait than usual. A prior renter of the car I had must have smoked in it. When the fan was on there was a faint smell of Cigarette or more likely cigar. There were two empty bottles under the seats (OJ and Gatorade)
Pros:Rental at Albany airport is super easy and convenient. Enterprise staff across the country is about the most accommodating and professional as you'll find. It's always my first choice and generally has comparable or lower prices to the other large rental companies.
Pros:The car got great gas mileage. Everyone was very helpful and the pick up process was quick.
Cons:The car smelled like cigarette smoke.
Pros:Albany Enterprise staff were all wonderful and helpful and responsive. Great experience overall and excellent value.

Cons:Nothing. All was perfect.
They could have had a car for me. When I got to the counter they had no cars to rent even though I had reserved online. First time I’ve had this problem. Thankfully one of the other agencies had a car for me.
