Pros:Great Car ... Great Mileage ... Built-In Navigation System
Cons:A little more information regarding the toll roads and how to navigate them
Pros:Easy to rent online. Had requested car ready at quoted rate. Easy to decline insurance since Chase had that covered as part of their credit card. Easy to return. Got confirmation next day that CC hold had been lifted.
Cons:None to mention. This all went smoothly without issue.
Pros:The car drove well, was clean, and comfortable. There was a bit of a walk to pick up car, which was hard given we had all our luggage with us. the person behind the counter was very nice. I give her 5 stars.
Cons:I would have liked a USB port in the car. The drop-off fee seemed high (60 €) from Florence to Rome, but relative to driving back to Florence and paying for a train ticket, it was about the same but saved on time.

Pros:The car, itself, was just as advertised.
Cons:The pickup address in Florence was not correct. Evidently this is so common that the nice lady in the store next door to the home address that we were given answered our question before it was asked. When we did find then place they gave us a GPS that was USB powered even though our car had no USB and told us to walk to a parking garage around the corner. The whole impression at pick up was very poor. Drop off was much better.
