Pros:Friendly overall.
Cons:Nothing, really.
The car and service was great. Finding the car return was a nitemare. We drove around the airport for an hour
Pros:We rented a small SUV (Fiat 500S) from Florence, Italy and dropped off in Rome, Italy. We had the car a week and the charge was 33Euros (about $40) FOR THE WEEK!!! With taxes and fees the total was 126 Euros. The vehicle had a GPS so we didn't have to pay extra for that. It was awesome having the freedom to drive through Tuscany and stop wherever we wanted and sightsee.
Pros:Very friendly staff comfortable with English. Free upgrade.

Everything ok !
Pros:Picking up the car took almost an hour. The thrifty counter was closed and everyone had to pickup their cars at the Hertz counter. There were only two people working the desk and each rental took so long that there was a huge line out the door. It delayed our departure so we missed an appointment
