Pros:Comfortable bed, room size, price
Cons:Staff needs to learn customer service skills and how to greet and communicate with guests. The room had a funky smell and it is an old renovation. Encounter not one but two cockroaches on two separate occasions which had me move rooms at 1 am, The new room less than two hours later and on the opposite side of the building also had a cockroach. I killed 3 of them altogether. You have to bring your old dirty towels to the front desk in view of all guests in order to get a new set. Pathetic. Avoid this place.
Pros:The staff was wonderful, the room was really nice and the facility was in the perfect place to meet our needs.
Cons:The only drawback would have been a lack of a pool.

Cons:no breakfast set when I came down the next morning. Broken chest of draws. Safe not working Several lamps in room not working.
Pros:Comfy bed, pretty towel folding designs, jacuzzi downstairs, breakfast in the morning, room service.
Cons:Mold above shower, tray that ice and cups are put on was dirty, and the lamps in room 308 were falling apart. no pool! Still, overall good stay for $54 a night. Thank you kayak.com!
