Pros. Comfortable bed, room size, price
Cons. Staff needs to learn customer service skills and how to greet and communicate with guests. The room had a funky smell and it is an old renovation. Encounter not one but two cockroaches on two separate occasions which had me move rooms at 1 am, The new room less than two hours later and on the opposite side of the building also had a cockroach. I killed 3 of them altogether. You have to bring your old dirty towels to the front desk in view of all guests in order to get a new set. Pathetic. Avoid this place.
Pros. The staff was wonderful, the room was really nice and the facility was in the perfect place to meet our needs.
Cons. The only drawback would have been a lack of a pool.
