Very clean and very reasonably priced
I booked a smoking room, but when I got there, they told me they didn't have any. I booked a queen room, but when i got there, they told me they only had double bed rooms.
On the 2nd day of our stay our room was cleaned but when we returned in the evening there were no towels in the room. The front desk said they were being washed and wouldn't be ready for another hour. Hard to believe there wasn't extra towels available!
The hotel was friendly and clean, everything is well organized in the rooms and was up to standard for its star rating.
Doors and walls are very thin, speaking in normal voice levels can still be heard in the next room or from the hallway. There didn't seem to be any security cameras (not enough in vital areas where problems may arise).Good place to stay if you're looking for a short term stay (less than a handful of nights), otherwise find somewhere else. There are better places for this price, but the location is what got me. Shopping centers and north campus are right there. Not a fancy place but if you're not going to be in the room anyway it doesn't really matter.
I liked the new rooms and the comfortable beds. Didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised!
I would have liked to have a mini fridge in my room.Went on a buffalo shopping trip with my husband to stock up on baby supplies as I'm 6 months pregnant. I wasn't sure about the motel experience but the price was great so we tried it. I was hhappily surprised at how friendly the staff was, how clean the room was and that it seemed recently renovated as the floors and walls seemed newly painted and installed. The bed was super comfortable and we had a great sleep. I am staying here again next time and am recommending it to all my friends and family.
Just that I was able to get one in time for a football game I was attending.
When we first got there, the front desk worker had no hotel keys. We waited in a line for a very long time and heard her complaining to someone about it. After the first night, housekeeping was instructed to come and clen later, they never did.Being a one-star hotel, the room was as would be expected. We were truly just grateful to be able to get one with all of the things that were going on at that time in America and Canada. Parking is good. The location is fine and is surrounded by enough to keep you busy. Everything is in pretty close vicinity. I like that there are sliding doors that gives access to vehicles. This became especially useful at checkout. Now, for the the not-so-good-comments: The staff seemed disoriented and unorganized. It was chaotic when we got there with the worker not having any room keys and on the telephone arguing with another worker...
Nothing really stood out. This was our second time there. However first time they were under construction and there was a power outage in the area.
Staff was more interested on taking personal calls when we checked in. No coffee maker in room. Ice machine on first floor not working had to go to second floor one . Room key did not work after getting back from supper.Worstg place we have stayed at. Price of 65.99 plus tax for 2 people is a rip off for a stay at this hotel.
Staff was very courteous, Did honor the last minute request for changing the room to Non-Smoking room as for some reason priceline decided to book the Smoking room.
All the exits were marked properly, except directions for the second floor. And stairwell was stinking with the trash.
Free parking, close to restaurants and other shops.
I guess they don't properly clean the rooms everyday. We stayed for two nights, when we were back to the hotel the second day we found it was not clean. It is worth for the star rating and the price that I paid. The rooms are looking fresh, I guess they might have remodeled it quit recently, but not properly. In our room the door had a little gap and we could hear the outside noise the whole night (some kid was crying in the next door and the second floor entrance door was very being opened so many times in the night and it was very disturbing).
The fact that i got to leave!
Everything. I'm writing a complaint letter to their corporate office and to priceline, because no one should have such a HORRIBLE experience! Its was FILTHY, the management was AWFUL and there was BLOOD in the bathroom! Worst hotel i've EVER been to EVER!Dirty. Smelly. Gross. Blood filled. Dirt on the floor. It was THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! I feel gross just thinking about it!
