Hotel was roomy and comfortable. It's in a quiet location. Not in center but good place to be based for day trips. Grocery store around the corner.
Only drawback is location.
Decent furnished hotel apartment. Room rate is fairly cheap compared to other hotel apartments.
Hot water didn't work on our entire stay. Check-in took a bit of a time. But space is ample and location is accessible to the City.
The size of the room, the facilities in the room, such as fridge, microwave, kettle etc. The hotel was clean and in a quite suburban area. The best place we stayed at during our tour of Jordan.
The hotel staff were helpful and were quick to change rooms when problems were identified with original room. The breakfast serves were huge.
The location is well away from the centre of things and you needed a taxi to get anywhere and there were no places to eat within easy walking distance. Most taxi drivers did not know where to find the hotel and had to make phone calls so that they could take you there.
Unfortunately, starting from the 1st interaction with the staff till checkout I did not like anything about the hotel
The staff had no professionalism, no smile and were not able to assist in any tourist planning. The rooms were smelly. Bathroom washbasin pipe was leaking and there was no one to fix it. A/C was not working properly. There was no restaurant functional at the hotel and no breakfast was available except for external restaurant deliveries.
