Friendly and helpful staff
Good overall value. Staff was friendly and professional. Convenient shuttle to Disneyland.
Swimming pool water was cold. Room door closing mechanism was broken so door slammed shut behind you if you didn't hold it. Bathroom toilet flusher would not always shut off properly causing toilet to run if you didn't jiggle it.
Rooms and grounds are amazing!! Very close to Disney and Downtown Disney. Definitely will stay there again.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable.
The bus that took you to and from Disneyland didn't have any air conditioner and it was hot and muggy. The room did not have good air conditioning as well but everything else was great.
Frequent shuttle to and from Disneyland. Breakfast staff are very friendly and breakfast buffet was good Staff at door and on shuttle were nice and helpful Nice pool and garden area
Horrible check in Rude check in staff (waited a long time at the front desk even though there was no one ahead of us. No one seemed to want to work and check us in. finally the lady that checked us in was shockingly rude and unwelcoming. we asked for a good view room and she said she gave us a nice room with fireworks view. Not only this was false, it was probably the worst view possible (parking lot as opposed go gardens, pool, fountain, fireworks, etc). We didn't complain merely bc we didn't want to be subjected to the same woman's hostile and unwelcoming demeanor
Our family has stayed here many times over the years when it was the Sheraton. This is even better as the Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel! The remodel is fantastic! Beautiful upgrades, and service was great. The best place to stay near Disneyland..hands down (for a fraction of the price). Shuttle bus-awesome!!! Every half hour!!!
The lobby area was nicer than expected with full restaurant, full bar, snack bar, and tiny shop. Room service as well. All unexpected at this price point. Great view of fireworks from the parking lot.
Room was very tired, coverings were peeling off of the headboard and chair. I asked about a remodeled room and was told that would cost almost double what I was paying. Bathroom is very tiny. Buildings were hard to navigate and confusingly connected.
The only thing Could be is the location. Tou can see fireworks in disney land from the hotel . Very close to the entrance of disney park , but you still need to take shuttle or drive .
The hotel interiors is looking old and outdated. The bathtub and the toilet water is draining very slow, the carpets inside the room definitely need to be renewed. The customer service from the front of the house team is worst, they always say no to the guest needs first , not even bother to try find for a solution.I just ask to place my 15 month daughter freeze pack in a freezer, they say they dont have any freezer to be able to store it for us, after I get from surprised to be upset , ,they tell me to go into the restaurant to ask the chefs if he alow to help us ,And everyday I have to Explain the same questions from every staff from the frontdest and the host at the restaurant and I have to face their unpleasant faces everytime. I will never stay at that hotel ever again And I would recommended the same thing to any family have young children.Your children are your problems, not them, so they will not willing to help you .
The bed is comfortable, free wi-fi, convenient location, free shuttle to Disneyland.
bathroom is outdated, close to busy street can hear noises at night. $14/day parking for hotel guest.
The hotel recently changed management and names so I was worried that our stay would not be a great as the other times I have stayed there. It was still amazing though! The hotel has its own shuttle to Disneyland and it is so convenient. Also, the kids and I enjoy the food at the restaurant so it makes out easy to feed the kids
It was clean and ppl were friendly.
The aesthetics of the property and the noise factor.
Beds were comfortable
Cleanliness, room size, location
Paying for parking and no free wi-fi in the rooms. Really....please offer these and you'll get more guests.
Shuttle to and from the convention center. After checking out, was able to keep my car parked while finishing up at the convention, and a quick stop at downtown Disney (with shuttle), before driving home. All staff was awesome.
Clean, easy access to Disneyland, and helpful staff.
Confusing parking, very basic.
I liked that they had a Disneyland shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were soft. The sheets were clean and there was a mini-fridge with 2 complimentary waters.
There was a weird colored liquid on the ceiling of the bathroom that looked like it had been there for quite a while. The bath tub is strangely raised off of the floor by about 6 inches which makes getting in and out of it slightly awkward. I didn't park a vehicle on property but they tried to charge me for parking anyway. Had to call the front desk and wait 20 minutes for them to remove the charge after the front desk person kept insisting that I had parked a vehicle (which is funny since I didn't even rent one for this trip...).
it was outdated
Location was near I-5 highway
The rooms are in need of a HUGE makeover - very dated and they smelled terrible. Carpet is gross in the rooms and furniture is very old. Front lobby and restaurant /bar area is in ok shape, but Sheraton really needs to change update the place - it's OVERDUE.
Nice staff, convenient access to Convention Center and Disneyland.
The hotel and rooms felt outdated; there were inadequate plugs for electronics, the rooms felt a bit dingy and the castle theme felt like an afterthought.
