We had a great stay! We had the same maid each morning that greated us in the hallways. Construction was going on next door but never heard anything because it was on the side with a view and that was the opposite side than us. Starbucks in the lobby!
The only bad thing was the outlets in the room were spotty. You had to wiggle it just right to get to work and one morning I woke and my phone was dead, so missed an hour at the park because of it. We also had a ding in my new car's fender the first night there, inconsiderate driver. Might be worth valet parking. But not hotels fault. Just wish I knew who did it. Other than that everything was very nice!
We liked everything from parking, check in, room and the distance from Disneyland.
A/C didnt work and mini fridge didnt work. My sushi was ruined and my bottled water was hot. The room was hot but we were so exhausted from 12 hrs of walking that we slept. A bit disappointed for almost $400 for 2 nights.
Room was spacious and clean, pool area was great with a bar where you could purchase drinks and snacks. Small balcony over looking the palm treed pool area was nice in the evening The hotel is an easy walk from the Disney parks, downtown entertainment and the Anaheim Convention Center.
We were able to get into our room earlier than the normal check in time and were pleasantly surprised at how clean and sleek our accomodations were. Rooms were nice and big.
The hotel was very well kept and new since the remodel. The beds were dreamy and very was great. Staff at the convenience/coffee shop was agressively fast moving as if they were possessed to fill an order of medium pizza and Starbuck's coffees. Also, good looking casual bar by the lobby. This place really has everything you need and a short 10 minute walk to Disneyland.
I didn't like that in the picture for my room it prominently showed a balcony with two chairs, but that's not what I got. I got a balcony just bit enough to stand out at while trying not to look down from the 9th floor. I like to enjoy a cigar at the end of the day and I ended up having to stand up outside the back of the hotel on the ground level. That's why I give the facilities three stars, otherwise, would have been five across the board. But what are you going to do when the hotel is all booked up and you get the wrong room?
Clean, nice n good location
Loved everything about it except the rooms were a little smaller than I expected for a Sheraton resort. But overall a great stay!
Location, value, services.
The beds were noisy, pillows were uncomfortable
Friendly staff. Room was very large. Very clean. Everything looked and felt new. The grounds were awesome including pool and spa. Very nice exercise room. Easy walk to several nice restaurants. Whenever I am in Anaheim I will be staying here.
Room smelled a little musty when I first walked in. Probably because the day before there was a large rain and wind storm. Not bad just noticed it. Self-parking could be a nightmare. The lot was full but I was lucky, when I arrived there was some one near the front of the hotel just leaving.
Concierge desk people were awesome.
We stayed in room 325. Besides the bed skirt being filthy, the room was great. However, major construction noise at 7:30am. Across the parking lot, somethibg was being built. Very noisy and very early. Also, when asked for a late check out the night before (we knew nothing of the noise yet), we were told 12pm instead 11am without a fee. Because of the location of our room, I feel Ike that shoulde been extended to 1pm no fee. Based on availability of course. I did not call and ask again the next morning because I disnt want to have to pay.
My family and I had a great time, I reserved (1) night and extended additinoal night. The (2) days/nights we stayed at the Sheraton Park were great The Hotel Staff were very friendly and the rooms were awsom, plunty of parking the rooms over looked Disneyland/ we were able to watch the nightly fire works from our balcany. Disneyland was in walking distance from the Hotel. I would definitely recommend and will return.
We got woken up at 6 in the morning for a bill that was slipped under our door.
