It didn't cost xxx a night like those in the downtown area.
Breakfast should have been complimentary.
Not much- room was clean
Manager was rude, not friendly and acted like we were bothering her. She slammed my foot in the door when taking the shuttle. Also, extremely rude when utilizing the shuttle service they offered. Would not stay at this hotel again!See comments above. Bad overall experience, will not stay at this hotel again- Marriott should administrator some customer service training at this location.
The staff was slow, unresponsive and rude. The room was loud and had an unpleasant odor.
Staff was not very helpful in trying to accommodate my request for a 2-double bed room. The hotel was supposedly recently renovated, but the rooms still seem to be dated.
Location and size of room.
No.I will most likely stay there again if I was in Atlanta.
The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Due to the location (next to a freeway) there was a certain amount of traffic noise. This hotel is really designed for business travelers: It is situated in a business park. Amenities were limited. I would have liked to have a small refrigerator in the room, for example. The room faced a freeway, so there was traffic noise. Ask for a room on the sides rather than one in the back. There was a very small 'Bistro' with very minimal food choices, but there are many restaurants nearby. It is fairly convenient to the downtown area, and is a bunch cheaper than the downtown hotels. All things considered, it was a nice place to stay.
I loved the way the room was set up with an entrance and exit door.
everything was great
The location of the hotel ws perfect. It was not too far from downtown. And at the same time it was really close to a very nice mall.
No there was nothing that I could have known ahead of time that would have changed anything about me staying at the hotel. It was a pleasant experience. For the location of the hotel in how it was close to everything you couldn't be the price paid for the room. The staff only took less than two minutes for me to check in. They were kind and very professional.
We were assigned a room facing the interstate. The traffic noise was very, very loud. I believe a different room on the interior or the other side of the hotel would have been much more satisfying.Nice hotel and value, but make sure you get a room that does not face the interstate on the back of the hotel. Traffic noise is oppressing.
The location was great! Very convenient to 85.
The walls are like paper! You can hear neighbors talking in even a normal conversation tone. You can also hear every car that passes on the Interstate. The only saving grace was that the ac was also loud, so that drowned out some of the other sounds so II would not recommend staying here unless you are a very sound sleeper! The walls are like paper and you can hear people talking in a normal tone in the rooms adjacent to yours. Also, even though it is convenient to be so close to 85, you can also hear every car pass on the interstate! This was a fail!
