The hotel room was nice, and the view was stunning. The hotel was convenient to everything we needed. I would stay there again for the price.
There is no parking over than very expensive ($34) valet parking. Also, we did not have enough hot water in the shower for both of to bathe. The desk clerk did discount the valet parking ($10) because we did not have adequate hot water in the room. (We did not discover this until 10:30 at night, so we weren't interested in moving to another room at that point.) Of course, a warm shower would have been worth more than $10 to me!
The location and the activities available are great!
The linen was dirty and smelly. It had not been changed before we checked into the room. The parking is $32 per day and required. The WiFi access cost $14.95 per day to access.I have stayed here previously and was very excited when the hotel was chosen for my wife and I. We were celebrating our 22nd Wedding Anniversary and attending a Church Convention. However, we were very disappointed to find hair and a fowl odor on the bed linen and had to wait an hour for the maid to come up and change the linen.
Large comfortable room, great pillows.
Lots of street noise in the south tower, confusing layout. It's right downtown and near everything, which is great. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and there are a good number of food options nearby.
It was beautiful, exciting with CNN there, clean, spacious, and quiet. We liked the little coffee pot in the room, the big TV, and the comfortable bed.
I wish the robes were fluffier and of higher quality, and I wish the temperature was easier to regulate. We were hot, then cold, then hot...It is right in the center of the fun of downtown Atlanta, and we found the area to be well-lit and night and stocked with ample security. We had fun and always felt safe.
the location was perfect and staff was very orofressionsl
I liked everything
what I liked most about the hotel was it was close to everything downtown. Easy access to the Marta train. Front desk staff very friendly
I booked a room in south tower on the 10th floor, when I checked in I immediately notice that there were dinner plates, napkins and glasses on the floor. By the time I left for the evening they were still there, I called room service but nothing was doneI was disappointed in room service, I requested for mouthwash and it took three hours before it was brought to my room. It was sad to see the floor on stay on was not cleaned properly until the following day.
It's proximity to downtown. Our view was amazing, overlooking Cenntenial Park and The Ferris Wheel.
No Indoor Pool. PARKING WAS $32!!!Connected to the CNN building, great view, great size for the room, will definitely consider staying here again.
Two drink glasses were left outside of our room (our first indication of the extremely lackluster maid service) Numerous hairs in tub and on bath walls. Unacceptable. Armoire door for TV wouldn't stay open. Balcony railing was covered in dirt. Had to c
Construction in area and did not feel safe at night outsideRoom looked larger in photos and my room had torn carpet and stains on floor
