The location was great, close to a mall, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, etc. The staff trainer, Kenya was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the company's process. All the custodial staff were extremely nice and took their work seriously, reflecting in the cleanliness of the room and facility.

Most of the front desk staff weren't as knowledgeable about the company's process of extending a stay which caused us to lose over $120 for paying for the same room twice in one day!! That's why Kenya was assigned to the property to train staff to prevent this issue from happening to other people!!

Big clean rooms nice bathroom and complete kitchen! Also the work out room and pool are great!

Room too near the elevator, refrigerator was noisy

The breakfast needs updating. It's nice to have the free breakfast options but they didn't have the oatmeal or grits on these cold winter days, would've been nice.
