location and indoor pool
front desk was talking on her cell phone for about 5 minutes when we arrived at desk. then after check in our room wasnt ready that took another 25 minutes of our time
It was within walking distance to six Flags. The receptionist was super helpful when we asked her to take care of the loud teens in the hall across from our room. The breakfast was adequate. The price was good.
The first room we had smelled so much like smoke that we had to ask for a change...it was non-smoking. There was a small sitting area right across the hall from our rooms, and the first night a group of kids decided to take up there being very loud.
Close to Six Flags
Room and bedding was dirty, and I am not a picky person. The room also smelled musty. We checked out after day 1 of a 2 day stay and drove home in leiu of spending another night there. I have stayed at the 'other hotel' closest to the park and was happy.
Staff was unprofessional. We called ahead to let them know we would be in after 12 am, older man at desk very unprofessional and uninformed. First we had no reservation and card declined per him then, after checking everything was in order and we had a rm
Refrigerator stop work, cause my food to spoild the hallway bad smell, internet didn't work, and print out of inked, pool had something at the bottom of the pool,no room service to bring towel, pick up ,trash.have to change room
Pictures on wall, bed spread
Service was excellent.
A/C didn't seem to work in the hallway. Made it damp and muggy
The continental breakfast was actually decent.
The only reason that we decided on this hotel was the fact they had an indoor pool. When we got there we found out that the pool was out of service. Also the lobby and all common areas of the hotel smelled strongly like someone had been smoking indoors.
Proximity to the Six Flags Park was within a short walk. They also provide an excellent selection on the continental breakfast.
The room had a mildewy smell that probably stemmed from the fact that the refrigerator was leaking and the carpet wss wet.
