They didn't honor my reservation!Pros:The car I ended up with was a nice, clean, Chevy Cruze.Cons:Upon arrival they harassed me because I had made the reservation that same day. According to Avis, if you do so, you must call the pick-up branch to confirm availability. Since i had not been made aware of that, i hadn't done such. So, they were out Economy vehicles, and they refused me any vehicle without a substantial upcharge.Reviewed Oct 1 2017
